I think we’ve been here 3 or 4 times. Every single time has been a great experience. Before today we had only seen Rochelle and she does an amazing job cutting my boys hair as well as being so incredibly patient with them. Today Lucia did both their haircuts and she was also so patient and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend over the other children’s haircut place in sugar land.

Rochele was sooooo welcoming!!! She gave us a tour and just her personality alone convinced us to get our son's hair done right then! It was a perfect first experience for him but also for us parents!

The lady covering from another location did an excellent job in my one year old son’s first haircut. She was friendly, patient and thorough.
She was very quick also, which is necessary with small children. My son moved a few times to see what she was doing but she was quick to redirect him, or work on another side and get it done fast before he could realize it or squirm away. Love the idea to use the baby boosters that suck them right in. I was worried about a barbers chair not being able to hold him well enough.
The place is a little outdated but it’s still kid friendly. They got large screens for each station to keep kids occupied and little toys to buy also. We got the first haircut special with a picture of him and a lock of his hair in a little booklet
I will be bringing him in regularly! Thank you.

Brought my two year old boy in for a long overdue hair cut. Usually he’s very restless and Rochelle did an amazing job keeping him happy and distracted while she cut his hair. He loved her! Will be coming here from now on for his hair cuts! His hair looked great! ??

Our son is 13, Autistic and has been going to Sugar Land Snip its for over 10 yrs. Awesome people, and they are awesome and patient with him. God sent for us. Highly recommend ?

Rochele was amazing! We had our first haircut with my 2 yr old daughter and she was so fun and my daughter loved her. She made it so fun and an amazing experience! We will be back in a few months. Thanks to Rochele you are so awesome.

We made an appointment for 3:20pm and my son didn't get in the chair until about 3:40pm. Normally I wouldn't mind waiting but, with how scared my son is and how impatient he can get, I was getting super nervous he would throw a tantrum. It was worth the wait. Lucia was amazing. So sweet, gentle, patient, and understanding! My son is 3.5 and extremely terrified. Despite his screaming, she continued to move so gently and gave words of encouragement to me and my son. I'm so grateful for the experience!

I took my 10 month old son for his first haircut and it was quick and easy. I could tell the stylist had a lot of experience with squirmy children and she was quick!

I tried to get an appointment online and the salon showed various slots open so I figured I could do a walk in with no issues. I walked in to ask for any availability or a waitlist and stood in the waiting area for a couple minutes before a hairdresser even asked if I had an appointment. She was busy cutting hair and she hardly looked up. I asked to be put on a waitlist and she rudely told me she didn't have time this morning and was all booked up for the afternoon except maybe late in the afternoon. She wasn't making any effort to try to find a different date or time so we left. Customer service keeps customers. The place was cute and clean but customer service was bad. That's something they should work on if they're going to be working with KIDS. We will not be back or recommend this place to anyone.

09 /9 /2023) In the 6 years that my son turned, all the time I took my son to get his hair cut at this place but this time it was a totally horrible disaster as they left my son's hair cut. Maybe they need to hire an experienced worker not like the person (Rochelle) who took care of my son.( 10/15/2023)I want to thank stylist Perla for the excellent job she did with my son's haircut today, it was the best. Compared to last month when the stylist (Rochelle) cut my son's hair, it was a total disaster, an experience that no one wants to live, I think. So if you want an excellent haircut for your son, I recommend Perla, Amy, or Lucia, or you will have a bad moment like what happened to me last month with the service of (Rochelle)
