Horrible... not only did I not get my points redeemed, but the guy did not even make my smothie right.. my vanilla Hulk smothie tasted vary off... never even put in the butter pecan, just protein mix..

Worked here a while ago, and the manager did not care at all about his employees. Location was unorganized and we worked in unsafe and unclean environments. He did not put security cameras in his facility and we would always complain about this!! Also new employees closed and worked alone during busy shifts. There was a lot of odd people who came into the store, once someone threw a smoothie at the wall and nothing was done about it . Me and my coworkers tried to get him to fix the issues, but he never did. Please don’t work here.

Worse customer service with nasty attitude… I’ve been coming to this place little over 8 years I love to support my neighbours but this guy having a morning attitude… So sorry for the owners !

Worst job to work at. Treats his employees like Gum stuck on the wall. Doesn’t care about the well being of his workers . Underpay people , fruits have mold on them at times all he does is wipe it off . He doesn’t care about the safety of employees throughout the months I worked there it was never any cameras. He cared more about money than anything. Go to any smoothie king but this one because if you knew what went down in that kitchen behind the counters you would never want a dirty smoothie from here.

Worst experience at a Smoothie King ever! Went inside and we were the only ones there and it took 10 minutes to get the first Acia bowl we ordered which didn't have the toppings on it we ordered. then another 10 minutes to get the second one. Both bowls were 2/3 full and they were $10 each. Had to ask for a spoon and they didn't even give us a napkin. There was not a table or chair in the place.

The girl who greeted me was very nice, but she looked very overwhelmed by the orders placed before me. She still walked me through my order and talked patiently with me. I think Smoothie King should consider putting more than 2 employees together.

They take too long for just one smoothie make , I came once on Friday and Once on Saturday with the same guy worked there . He took my order and didn’t make it yet , he stood and waited for others family decided on what they want since he could make my done already.Anyway they need to be trained to acknowledge the speed to complete one smoothie ( which is less than 3 mins)

Walked in not greeted the young lady Shaiy looked back at me then turned around and went to the back. Didn’t say “Hello” or “I’ll be with you shortly” When she came back out she stood at the register and looked at me a few seconds then asked if I was ready to order. Made my drink said “Here you go” and sat it down the walked off. Not sure what the bad attitude is about terrible service. Was excited to have found a Smoothie King near my sons school but will not be returning. She was RUDE and I’ve felt welcomed at other locations not this one. Get another job if you don’t like working here.

This is probably the worst smoothie king there is. I wanted to write a review last time and forgot but after coming back a year later they haven't changed at all. Walked in waited for 5 minutes before someone comes in from the back and says they aren't taking any orders right now. Feel bad for the owner of this franchise hiring the wrong people all the time

Smoothie was watered down- store didn’t have running AC and roaches were crawling around the smoothie maker… zoom into the photo - can’t believe I gave my money for this garbage- I rather complain to corporate but the feedback loop is not well thought out

My mom and I were there Sunday afternoon after a long morning of work. When we walked in, NOBODY was at the register to welcome us. We understand how it is working by yourself. However, we waited for 10+ minutes hoping the employee was in the restroom. My mom had no choice but to walk to the back of the store where she found the employee (Belen) sitting down on her phone just straight up chilling. She got up and said "oh s****". She made our smoothies but did not say a word to us. No thank you or have a great day.

I’ve never in my life recieved such terrible service. It was a young male long blonde hair. He was pacing outside the store back and forth and says to me I’m not going in thier and I said excuse me? Him: you need a smoothie I ain’t going in it’s 120 degrees which I understood I asked when will your manager or someone come to look at it I don’t know I just don’t care I can’t I’m not going to work like that. I understand that’s a hard situation I wasn’t dying for a smoothie it was just the tone he spoke to me in. Than comes 2 more customer as I was getting ready to leave the front of the stores and he ask them for order and when I asked are you still taking orders he says no I can’t work like that. I felt discriminated upset and just disgusted I was trying to get a hold of corporate but could not get it cause when I called the store over 40 times for the store number nobody awnsered 2 hrs later.
