Great venue! Plenty of parking lots for the events that we’ve been there. Obviously, Can’t blame how the shows or events went on the venue… There will always be traffic getting in and out of large events… This place has been good addition to Sugar Land better than another shopping center….

Bag policy is ridiculous. But I've learned to use a money belt that my phone fits into. There should be a place to check oversized bags or anything else. U of H has this and arena is about the same size. This place is so anal retentive it's funny. **Finally changed bag policy. Check website for details.

If you have bad knees. Sit at the Bottom. Upstairs. Small and Cramped. Had to get up and stretch my legs twice during Kevin Hart Concert. Either than that. The arena is Tip Top
