Aisha is the best sleep associate I have ever encountered. Super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She will advise all available options with pros and cons between them. Love my new mattress and dual temp.

Buyer be aware! The warranty promised by our sales person was misleading. If you have problems with your bed after the first year, you have to pay a fee for a technician to check it out. Once the assessment is made, you have to pay a prorated charge for parts even though the bed is still under warranty. The service team member explained to me that directions would be sent for me to install the parts myself, or I could pay more for a technician to come out and install the parts. For the amount of money we forked out for this bed, we would expect Sleep Number to back its product! I am very dissapointed and would not recommend Sleep Number solely on the basis of a misleading warranty by our salesperson and the quality of customer service.

Had an absolute amazing experience with customer service. DaRae was the sweetest and most helpful employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Highly recommend you ask for her when you visit 11/10 stars for her.

We recently made a trip to this location and were immediately impressed with the customer service and attention we received from walking in the door. Darae T. was our associate that helped us and made us feel very comfortable with the process. All of our questions were answered professionally. I would recommend anyone to visit this store if you have any interest in a sleep number.

We had an issue with our Sleep Number bed that a customer service call could not solve. I stopped in the store and DaRae happily helped me solve the issue within 5 minutes. She is the best-ask for her if shopping for a bed or if you need help with your Sleep Number!

My husband and I were visiting from out of town and while we had some free time we decided to "shop" for a new bed. With no intention of buying, we entered to learn about Sleep Number. After spending some time with DaRae we knew we were going to buy. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions. Our bed was delivered today and we couldn't be happier with the Sleep Number experience.

There's plenty of mattress store culture. Some of the displays looked like they could have been cleaned. Generally happy with my pillow though.

DeRae helped us. She was very knowledgeable about their types of beds and she was very helpful with our questions. After showing us most of the beds, letting us lay on them, and changing the numbers A LOT for us, she let us sit by ourselves with a printout of all the price options for the beds we liked. No pushy sales tactics, she just presented us with the options, came back when we had questions, and let us decide what we wanted. We found a bed we liked and bought it. Delivery will be approximately 2 weeks out. We were happy with the customer service we received.
