“Strip is really nice. Upscale, I believe they are still working on it one side of the section facing towards the university Boulevard. I could see there is some construction going on or they are expanding the strip not sure about it anyways I tried couple of restaurants one was the 85°, which is a desert place this is my second time, and I was kind of little disappointed the prices right but the desserts are not at all worth it they were stale and I feel they added a lot of preservatives and color, so I would never go back again.There is also a sushi place Bang opposite to 85° which has a sushi train inside that sells you. Small portions. Concept was really nice they do not have elaborated vegetarian menu. If you are a vegetarian person, I would rather not go here and waste my time. If you eat fish and chicken this is a great place. There are tons of options and they are very economically priced.There is also a Thai restaurant in this trip which I so wanted to go, but it was already too late, but will review that restaurant pretty soon. There is also an upscale Raman place next 85° I plan to go there sometime soon and will review it. It looks pretty upscale.”
“I happened up on this spot. I been wanting a good noodles for a while. They were prepared so nicely. Mine was to go and all the vegetables were packed separately. The decor of the restaurant is warming.”
“I don't shop at the Kroger there. I shop at a different Kroger's at Westheimer parkway and FM 1464. When I go to that shopping center there in Richmond I go there for the Great clips and that's where I get my haircut”

“Exceptional strip mall. Very clean, more than adequate parking, decent lighting. Trash cans available at each business entrance. Exterior design is the same across all businesses. Wide range of storefronts available. Quite aggressive speed bumps, with stop signs and crosswalks in odd places.”

“Parking garages were not full so did not have to park in the sun! The stores temperatures were to warm for many of us trying to shop. I understand trying to keep costs down on HVAC but it is only May. How hot will the stores be in July? Shoppers can sit in the comfort of their homes especially if they are like me. I've never been a "shopper" I know what I want and I go to one store and get it. Or maybe several things but one store. But this time I was in three of the big boxes. I drove to each one because even the mall corridors are to warm when I was last there in late February... #sorry #notsorry”

“Sugar Land Town Square is an ideal place for families and friends to get together. Kid friendly with so much to do. Walking, playing, eating and just have a great time. A great place to unwind. Yesterday my daughter and I enjoyed the Dewali event. Music, food, clothing and jewelry from India. Awesome culture. It was nice to have learned about their country and their people.”
