“I went in for an online pickup order 8/18/2022 and I wasn't greeted at all, the lady (heavy set hispanic with glasses) that helped me barely said 2 words to me. Lisa walked up and was extremely friendly and welcoming, she wasn't even helping me but spoke to me more than the actual lady getting my order. Lisa is the only reason why I'm give 4 stars because I was going to give 1 star until she came up. Thank you Lisa for the brief but warm experience.”
“Academy has a large selection of items for Sporting Teams. We went in with a gift in mind. There were a lot of options to choose from. We were able to select a unique shirt and a pair of slides. Both were very much appreciated by the intended person. I love shopping at Academy.”

“I needed a pair of pants to wear for an event. LOFT is one of my favorite clothing stores, very good quality, modest and they can have some really good sales. Found a pair of pants, love them! The young Lady who was there at the time, I can't remember her name to give her a proper shout out. Forgive me. She was very kind, customer service was on point! ?, she was in fact the manager. She was patient, made great suggestions and has a great sense of sales experience. She is very valuable to the company. I pray that they reconizes that and promote her accordingly, because of her exceptional customer service, knowledge of the products and moving the merchandise out. When we return Sugar Land, I definitely will shop there again.”

“I spent the entire day looking for a simple pair of black shoes at First Colony Mall. After being unsuccessful I went back to Journeys and just sat in the chair. I was approached by a young man and he simply asked is there anything I needed help with. I explained my situation and told him I was tight budget. He understood the assignment and looked through their inventory to best meet my need. The location didn’t have what wanted in stock so they handed me a tablet of their online store and told me to take my time looking at all items on sale and whatever you pick we’ll cover the shipping. I was extremely relieved and I found a pair of shoes within my budget and it was ordered with no issues. The sales associate was patient and very well mannered and left me with some great words of wisdom. Thank you Journeys and a big thank to you “Say”.
