When we have questions or need some reminders as to who, what or when we can or cannot do, he is right on top of it. He always treats us like we are his only customer and gives us attention to everything we do or at least what we want to do with top priority. He gives us ideas on how to handle the shipping in question and the best way whether it be Locally or International. The quality of service we get from Preferred Shipping is great. “Nice place i have been a great customer since 2016, I like one of the two owners/brothers who has a more customer friendly disposition, who will REMEMBER Customers make the business...but the other one don't remind you (by text, email or call) if your post box rental is due , he would just rent it out to someone else and you find out when you come, even Mail he would not forward to your address on file. Very convenient place but I'm looking at the other brother side eye...I still gave 4 stars because the service is good for anyone including entrepreneurs.”

“10/26/23 - I have dropped pre-labeled packages here several times with no issues and great service. I don't understand the reviews that cry about a packing/taping charge... the Amazon instructions clearly state tgat you have to print label and box package before dropping off. So why 1 star the location when you don't follow very basic, clear return instructions from Amazon about the return? Some returns only require scanning the QR code, but some ask the sender to do more... so why do they feel they deserve free service when the store has to buy the materials that are not re-imbursed by the seller? I have always followed instructions and returned items without a glitch. Don't believe the ENTITLED that leave whiny reveiws about not being treated special. This is a fully staffed, very efficient location with little or no waits!Very busy but very fast. Great location and staff!”

“We have been using this store for several years for mail and packages. Never any issues. Ms Patel has always been polite and helpful with what ever I needed even when I was upset with a shipper (no fault of hers). One day after I had just left the store the UPS delivery truck came in with a package for me. She took the time to call me so I would not have to make another trip. I don't understand the bad reviews. Seems there are a lot of people who have no concept of business or running a store. The stores don't set the prices for UPS and price is based not only by weight but package dimensions and destination. Grow up people!”
