ok location next to hotel, just dont go on nights with big lottery wins as you will be there forever. close to freeway and has decent inventory of products.

zaid was very helpful when i was trying to get a copy of my receipt i was using a company card and needed to prove the purchase and he was able to help me get that receipt and was very patient and polite thank you again zaid!

Who is that one Indian cashier late at night that is always sleeping or on his phone talking… while customers are outside waiting to be attended to because his lazy tail does not know how to do his job correctly. Like for goodness sake please train this man! I’m talking about the guy that walks with a limp, yes he is very slow and is terrible at doing his job! This guy will run this store down to the dirt if management does not work on his customer service.

I was disappointed when I entered the convenience store. Most of the items in the cooler have no price tags. When I asked about the price of the water in my hand, the cashier was very defensive and told me to ask the owner. I don't know the owner, and he wasn't around. From there, the conversation went downhill, but it's not worth recording her behavior here. Instead, I recognize I won't try this location again. #disappointment

I have been coming to this store for 5 to 6 yrs now because I live real close to it. They used to have a horrible manager at this store, He is no longer there and now they have a new manager, let's hope that this new manager offers much better customer service than the previous one did, the rest of the staff is great! it was the previous manager that was just totally horrible with customers, I met him this morning for the first time and he appears to be a very nice man/manager, we shall see, let's keep our fingers crossed!!!

Don’t think I’ll ever return, I had 2 of my workers get refused service they went to warm up their lunch they brought and buy some drinks and refreshments. But the gentleman yelled and said no microwave. The we n told my worker to give him $5 to use micro wave lol never in the world of microwaves has this been an issue

I should give no star the guy who work there in morning name IMRAN need to be removed. very rude customer service .I went there for gas give him $50.36 cent and told him to open gas for $30.36 cent he was just counting money and give me $19.74 cent. I told him you should give me straight $20 .he told dont teach me and throw the money and talking to other cashier why this desi people coming to store . Mr dhanani and shell brand please take care your store dont hire this kind cashier.

They charge whatever they want. 2 liter coke had a 2.59 price and when he rung it up it showed 2.79. Not a big difference but that's false advertisement and wrong.

This Shell has 12 pumps that take credit card payments. The gas station is brightly lit (for safety) and has clean surroundings. There is a convenience store that is next to a Wendy’s, which makes for a convenient stop. The only downside is the inconvenience for travelers as one has to drive a little more just to get into the gas station. Usually, Shell has an entrance from the frontage road for an easy in and out of it – this one does not. So when you get off from I-69 on Williams Way Blvd., you first have to make a right on Richmond Pkwy, and then another right to get into a strip mall. You drive by several businesses before you finally get to Shell, which is all the way inside, at the corner end of this strip mall.

Most terrible staff ( he said he is owner ). Blamed me for stealing 2 dimes left on the counter by probably previous customer. I just told “ are these mine “ in order to remind him that money left here and he should take them. But he was soo rude and refused to sell me goods. When I still waited to buy goods, he took the phone to call police. I said OK. Then he took my money and gave what I wanted. Rude rude rude! I will probably won’t come here again which is my close neighbor.

The guy working there today was so rude. Horrible customer service. Was not very welcoming at all. Acted as if he hates his job. I will not be returning to this gas station again due to his lack of customer service. If he dislikes his jobs so much he should find another one. People in the morning like to see you smile not a grumpy man being rude.

Just stopped in to pass some time while waiting to pickup my food next door. Although items at gas stations are slightly higher than grocery stores, there are some interesting and hard to find items in there. I saw some beverages that I haven't seen in a while and also some candy as well. I like how they sell items from local vendors. The employees that I have interacted with have always been very nice. They also do a very good job of keeping the store organized and the restrooms clean.

One of the nicest convenient stores ever. Great selection, and the cashiers are extremely nice!
