Love this place! I drive from the city to come to Salma Aunty for my threading. She's super sweet and always does an amazing job. The other ladies are also very nice. They always make time and prices are fair.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sarena Salon for my daughter's prom night hair and makeup. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. Worst service, they do negative comments about whoever is coming to their salon in their native language. This is one of the worst Salon. I Personally experienced this in Telfair location, I heard same thing from my friends too.VERY POOR SERVICE

I only have good things to say about Serena! They are very responsive when calling over the phone to confirm if they have time for same day eyebrow threading. I’ve gotten many compliments on my brows after getting them threaded here! Definitely recommend!

Went to get my eyebrows threaded was told it would be a ten to fifteen minute wait which turned into 30 minutes. I ended up leaving because I was on my lunch break and on limited time. First time coming here and definitely won't be returning.

I love this place. I always drive here to get my eyebrows done.. I've been coming to Sameena for over 12 years and can honestly never replace her. Before the pandemic this business has always been professional, so I expected no less during the pandemic. Everyone is always wearing masks and your chair is sanitized as soon as you get up off it. I have continously given this establishment my business and highly recommend it for everyone to also.

Been going to this salon for years and one of the best salons I've been too. Also really welcoming and accommodating to your needs. All staff members are really nice. They keep the business really clean and maintained. Ever since covid they take it by appointments they also take walk ins but they tell you wait in the car for your turn and will call you to come inside. They make sure they clean up and sanitize all tools and equipment for the next customer. Definitely recommend this place because they do everything they possibly can to make sure you have a great service.

I got ready at Serena salon. Samina did an excellent job with my hair and makeup. My sister, my sister in law and my daughter, we all went there and she did a great job. Samina made our hair and also did our make up. She did an amazing job. She will go out of the way to make us very beautiful. I loved her.

I visited Serena Salon and Spa after seeing someone recommend it on Instagram for their brows! On my first visit I got a Full Face Threading, Underarm Waxing and Back Waxing since the pandemic had me cooped up inside for so long. I enjoyed my experience and felt very safe with all the COVID precautions they took. My eyebrows are in a growing process so my lady cleaned them up perfectly and shaped them without removing too much hair and making it thin. I've returned since then twice and enjoyed all three of my experiences. I believe I've had Salima and Samina during my visits and they were both great! The only reason they don't get a 5 out of 5 is because it is a little bit more expensive compared to other places that provide the same services (ex: $9 for Eyebrow Threading only), but you get what you pay for and it's fine for me since my threading frequency has decreased in 2020. I will definitely be continuing to visit them!
