Me and my cousins went shopping for makeup for an upcoming wedding and had such a a positive experience. Mark was so amazing and patient with us. We were provided with multiple options that would not break the bank. Mark was so accommodating with our concerns and was quick to find best options for us. We were a large group and they were busy, but still Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were helped. Mark is such an asset for the store. We will definitely be back.

I called to put a fragrance on hold and when I got there it wasn’t the right one but they tried to convince it was the same just a new bottle and I trusted them. Turns out they were wrong and I used a $10 off from my points and they were not accommodating of the situation even after acknowledging they were wrong (because I dealt with the exact same people just added in a manager) and they would not price match the exchange even though it was their fault, both Marc Jacob’s, same price and size one was just daisy love and one was daisy love eau so sweet. So I lost my points because they’re liars or just uninformed about their products either way not a great experience

"Online Order Experience Review: Disappointed with DoorDash and Sephora Customer Service
I placed an online order with Sephora on April 14th totaling $308.21, with eight items to be delivered to my home and three to be shipped. To my dismay, DoorDash was assigned as the delivery company, a choice I wasn't informed of until after hitting submit. Knowing DoorDash's reputation for employing less-than-reputable individuals, I was apprehensive. Unfortunately, my concerns were validated when at 3:54 p.m., I received a cancellation notice from DoorDash.
Contacting Sephora's customer service only added to the frustration. The representative seemed more interested in talking over me than resolving the issue, eventually hanging up when I tried to explain the situation. After leaving a detailed negative survey, I called back and thankfully connected with a more understanding representative who promptly refunded my money after researching the situation.
Seeking further assistance, I requested a supervisor from Sephora the next day, only to encounter more resistance. While eventually receiving an apology, the supervisor claimed the refund had to come from DoorDash. Calling DoorDash, I reported the incident and was assured that the driver would face consequences.
Both companies seemed to deflect responsibility for the refund, leaving me caught in the middle. It was only through the persistence of the second Sephora representative that my refund was processed promptly. Despite the ordeal, the silver lining was seeing the refund posted on Monday.
While considering pursuing criminal charges against the driver, this experience highlighted the need for Sephora to improve its customer service and show more empathy towards loyal customers. Moving forward, I hope for smoother transactions and better support when issues arise."

I recently visited Sephora for the first time in the Sugar land, hoping for a positive shopping experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed. Despite the staff's efforts to assist me with the Dyson Strait, they seemed unfamiliar with the product and were unable to provide adequate support. Additionally, I struggled to find assistance in locating concealer and lipstick shades I was interested in. After spending an hour browsing and trying various products on my own, I ended up making a significant purchase. However, the cashier's demeanor was cold and unhelpful. She did not acknowledge me or provide any information about discounts, despite the store advertising a 40% off promotion. I spent $683 and received no samples or discounts, despite requesting them. Overall, I feel let down by the lack of customer service and assistance at this Sephora location. I believe I would have had a better experience shopping elsewhere in the city.

My recent visit to Sephora left much to be desired, particularly in terms of customer service. As someone with limited experience in selecting foundation, I had hoped for assistance in finding the right product. However, the staff member I approached seemed helpful initially but quickly lost interest when we couldn't find a suitable match. This left me feeling abandoned and frustrated as I stood alone in my search. Ultimately, I left the store without purchasing the foundation I needed. Improved staff training and customer engagement are essential to ensure a more positive shopping experience for all patrons.
