They have improved a lot over the past 3 years.Living in the US lightens my demand of the Credit Union, & I have accepted the fact that they are not a full-fledged bank.

If you really know the specifics of this bank, then it is totally fine. I cant understand though, why cant we get to use app while we are outside of US.

The SLB Employees Credit Union (SECU) is a not-for-profit, full service financial institution dedicated to assisting members in meeting their financial needs.
All full time employees or active retirees of SLB and its subsidiary companies are eligible for membership.* Once a member, immediate family members can join as well (eligible spouse*, children, and step-children). An active member retains full membership even if he or she leaves the company. Once a member, always a member!
