Today I was shopping. Here... and something surprised me... my daughter was going to grab a glass of soda with chips... and Mrs. Cinthya, who is dark-skinned... told her that she couldn't because she had to be of legal age and that she had to being accompanied by an adult.. That surprised me since Mrs. Cinthya refused to take the chios, it was a demonstration drink and MRS. CINTHYA CALLED HER SUPERVISOR AND SHE WAS ALSO A BRUNETTE.. HE MEDIATED HER EXPLANATION AND SAID THAT SHE HAD RECEIVED ORDERS FROM THE CEO FROM THE SAMS CLUB AND THE MANAGER... ASK WHY DON'T YOU PUT A SIGN SAYING THAT YOU CAN'T GET ANYTHING IF YOU DON'T COME WITH AN ADULT... MY DAUGHTER WAS 14 YEARS OLD... AND THE LADY WAS ROUGH IN HER WAY... AND THE SUPERVISOR TIDAVIA DEFENDED HER..I IMAGINE SHE DIDN'T REALIZE WHAT A...TQ...A HARRIS INSPECTOR IS..HE MADE AN EXPLANATION THAT PRACTICALLY VIOLATED MANY RULES OF WHICH HE IS WRONG..FIRST.THE DRINK MACHINE DOES NOT IT IS SERVING AND IT HAS BEEN UNINVIBITIZED FOR MORE THAN 22 DAYS...EVERY FORGIVENESS THAT IS SERVING MUST HAVE A SANITIZER BUCKET...AND I DIDN'T SEE ANY...AND THE LADY DID NOT HAVE HER FOOD HANDLER LICENSE..AND THE SUPERVISOR...I LEARNED THAT SHE SHE KNEW MORE THAN THE...TQ...AND SHE SAID THAT THE CEO AND THE GENERAL MANAGER WERE THE ONE WHO GAVE THE INFORMATION AND
HOW TO SELL FOOD... AN ENVIRONMENTAL FOOD... DOES NOT LAST MORE THAN 30 MINUTES AND IT IS CALLED HARVES... IT HAS TO BE THROWN DUE TO THOSE ANOMALIES YOU CAN RECEIVE FINES FROM 5000 TO 25000 DLRES FOR VIOLATING THE SANITATION OF THE PLACE AND GIVING THEM A GUIDANCE ON HOW TO HANDLE THE FOOD SINCE THE LADY DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HYGIENE CARE I HOPE THE CORPORATION TAKES LETTERS ABOUT THESE PEOPLE. SINCE THE NEXT TIME... THEY WILL RECEIVE BIG FINES

Terrible service, I went to 2 branches previously and they told me that they had 3 units when I drove for more than 30 minutes to get to the site and after paying for the product they told me that they don't have it, why don't they have the updated system playing with time of the people everything to cover their misleading offer since the outdoor store had a discount of $200, apparently they do not like to give what they offer

So far my experiences here have been pretty good & employees are mostly nice. Usually I go in the afternoon but today I took advantage of early shop with my membership. However I don’t appreciate the lady working this morning 5.24.24 at 9am who stands at the front door “checking memberships”. Multiple middle aged people went in front of me and she said nothing to them, however when it was my turn she immediately asked for mine. Usually I’d have no issue but this is the first time I’ve been without my mom and they’ve never asked for it. She was snarky and rude. I’m almost 30 my love and I pay for my own premium membership, just because I’m young doesn’t mean to treat me differently than the others. I have zero issue showing my membership card, especially because we have to scan it at checkout regardless, however I still went to member services to get a physical card since I can’t always rely on technology and again I witnessed her bypass every single customer. Love being singled out! Please provide consistent service. Thanks
