Terrible follow thru. Sent all docs, emailed to informed docs sent and never heard back. Two weeks later, called and they said they would get to it after their regular clients. What? Had to file extension and hires someone else.

Mike has been our CPA for the past 3 years. During that time he has been our trusted accounting advisor. As a Real Estate Agent I always recommend him to my colleagues and clients. We are so grateful for his professionalism and myriad of experience! Paula and Holly are also very helpful every time we have questions.

Mike and his team made it easy for me to do my taxes. They also went over my taxes by other CPA and was able to amend my taxes so that I can get a return back.

We did not have a good experience with the Robideau CPA firm and cannot recommend them. We performed a quality review of our family's 2020 tax return and found they had not made use of all the qualifying deductions. On top of that, we were blamed for not providing the necessary documents despite submitting everything they asked for in a timely manner. We lost trust in their quality control/quality assurance process and ended up doing our return through TurboTax. Despite their lack of thoroughness and poor QA/QC, the firm was not willing to reduce their tax preparation fee or at least reimburse the Turbo Tax fee. Going forward, we will only be using Turbo Tax for our family's tax returns. It is easy, cost-effective and reliable (for an additional small fee you can even chat with a tax advisor).

Mike Robideau has been my CPA for more than a decade. He is not only an outstanding CPA and tax adviser, he is also an excellent business adviser. Absolutely the worst CPA I have ever worked with. I hired Michael Robideau to do my taxes and he made a $10,000 error in the paperwork. I received a letter from the IRS stating that the taxes were prepared in error and I owed over $3000 plus penalties. Calls and emails to Michael Robideau went unanswered. He does not stand by his work like a professional CPA should.
