I was in a hurry and needed a document notarized after my other bank denied doing it for me. The banker Babayemi made me getting to my appointment a priority. He moved quickly and was professional. He notarized the document and grabbed the door for me. I am so grateful for the quick and efficient service he provided!

This bank has made some improvements. I was not all satisfied at first because I joined based on a business account promotion that wasn't honored. I was able to finally reach the correct person and they honored the promotion almost a year later. Since then, I have had much better experiences at this bank. The customer service was always really good! They could just use a little update with technology.

This location is disgustingly unprofessional! The 2 bankers I came in distant contact with are lazy and lack professionalism. while I was waiting on my process to be complete, another customer walked in and they asked personal questions about the amount of money she was trying to wire out in the open constantly and I can tell that she was uncomfortable with answering aloud in the middle of the bank. This location need thorough training in place or close the operation altogether. However, Ms. Beverly Ero was very professional and proficient during my first visit to this location.

Regions denied a claim when someone hacked my eBay account and used my now card. Regions sent the notice by mail that it was denied with no instructions. So when I called, it was too late to make a claim with PayPal ( which has no record of the transaction but it is whom eBay uses). Therefore, the theif and ebay got away with $100 and my bank since 2006 did nothing. It's rare that I make a claim. If they allow someone to still my money again and don't approve the claim upon receipt, I'm leaving Regions. I really needed that $100 because I was living paycheck to paycheck at that time. I already have another bank that's waiting to take my direct deposit when they don't put me and my money first.

This location is the worst. I needed to change my address, but of course I have to make an appointment ( that's a separate issue in itself.) I go to the drive thru to make an appointment so I don't have to be on hold for 20 minutes. I'm told they can change my address but I have to bring a paper bill. It's 2020 I don't have paper bills its all on my phone. so after all of this come to find out you can change it online in your settings. Why is there all this red tape and lack of communication. The lady running the drive thru needs an attitude adjustment or maybe some retraining so she knows what shes talking about. hopefully this gets cleared upwhile I'm here keep your branches open later. 4:00 is ridiculous

There's always something going on with this bank. Sometimes there computer are not working sometimes they do not accept a payment from non account holder. I took me 27 minutes to make a mortgage payment from drive thru. I was on my 30 minutes lunch break and spend my entire lunch break just waiting for my payment to be processed. Horrible customer service.

I've been at this location on Highway 6 several times now where I've needed an Account Rep. Each time the wait was short and each person was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Each of my issues were resolved timely and the entire process went smoothly with no stress. The clerks at the windows are very friendly too. I've never used the drive up so I can't provide feedback. My parents have an account at another bank that I can only wish were half as helpful and efficient as Regions. Moving that account over to Regions soon.

Most Awful banking experience and customer service ever. One teller working the drive thru and inside. Not one single person from the "desk jobs" got up to assist the many customers waiting to be seen.
