"Warning: Avoid this apartment complex if possible! The management team is one of the worst I've dealt with. Renting here has been a nightmare, and I'd recommend buying a house instead. Be cautious of additional fees on top of rent, which seem unnecessary. Don't rely on verbal promises - make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere."

This month we had to make a long distance move to Houston. Alberto and the RFC team were extremely accommodating and diligent in making sure everything went smoothly. You also can't beat the location.

I have very bad experience this management .Before filling application thier behavior very good after accepting back ground verification
They manipulating so much, before said you needs some documents after they said you needs more documents I have no proof because I trust on lady managing lease issue .I filled Application one apartment,Back ground verification approved after that they manipulate so i can’t do any thing so i have very bad experience truely speaking

Although this happened over a year and a half ago I still sometimes think about this situation every time I drive by this place. When I was moving to Sugarland and looking around at apartments I stopped by here to get some pricing. Not even looking to tour, I just wanted to see what the price for a 2 bedroom apartment would be. It had the open sign on the door and I walked inside, immediately the African American lady with short hair (I doubt she still even works there) told me they were closed. It was like 2pm on a weekday. I said really? Your hours say you're open though? And she said well we're about to have a staff party in a bit so I'm not able to help you right now. I was like oh I don't want a tour right now I'm just looking for pricing. She told me to come back tomorrow and she'll "help me out". I swear this is exactly how the conversation went and I still remember because I was so taken aback. Like you can't even print me out a stupid price sheet? Definitely did not come back the next day, just ended up driving to the two other places I was interested in and was met with kindness and hospitality at the other places. Whenever people in this area ask me for recommendations on apartment I've always told them to avoid this one just from that single interaction.

I set up an appointment online to tour at 10. No one reached out to me the week prior to my appointment. Arrived and no one showed up until 1015. Didn’t want to view the model apartment. Area is super congested being off highway 6. Just not what I’m looking for.
