This place is okay and normally only has the bare minimum. I often go here and come out empty handed because they are always out of stock or things are backordered for a LONG time. The cashier doesn't always have the best attitude and is normally on her cell phone. I would advise you to call ahead to see if they have what you need in stock before making a blank trip to this location. When they do have what you need, they have what you need and I guess that's all you can really ask for.

I bought some color and end up to return and I was ask for exchange, but they got10% stocking fee!!!! They didn't even refund the money. After taking 10% stocking fee, they gave me store credit.

I went into the store today, to return a kit. The shampoo made my hair come out in small clumps. The nozzle was also broken on another item in the kit. I purchased this kit on 2/21 and starting using it about a week later. I used it for approximately one week. As soon as I realized it was damaging my hair, I boxed it up to return. However, I was under the impression that the store was closed, as a result of "shelter in place." The reason I was under this impression is because each time I called the store to check, no one would answer. I decided to wait it out, until they reopened, thinking they would be understanding, based on the circumstances, and return the kit. Upon learning that salons would start opening today, I went in, only to be told that they would not return the kit, unless I had previously called and spoken to someone about the faulty products. I told them I had tried, but no one answered. At this point, the associate admitted they were not answering the phone for a couple weeks, due to being slammed with customers during the last two weeks they were open. So basically admitting fault, in stating that they were not answering the phone. How could I call and notify them of the faulty products, if they were not answering the phone? Even after realizing this fact, she still refused to return the kit. This was mind-boggling to me. In addition to extremely poor customer service, the overall treatment I received was inconsiderate and condescending. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning or recommending this store to anyone I know.

On the door and online it says RDA opens at 8am on Saturday.Every-time I try to stop by before my clients early Saturday morning it's never open,like today it's 8:15am and I'm still waiting for them to open. This is horrible especially since I need products for my first client of the day.

If you would like to be treated like a professional perhaps visit another location. The staff here is rude and not apt to help even though I assume that's what they're paid for. The management thinks so little of its customers they won't let you use the restroom for fear you'll damage they're property- per staff. Last I checked this was a step for professionals so I find this treatment ridiculous. Try another location. They're also poorly stocked.
