Pathetic policies and bogus check-in/queue display system.We reached at appointment time for child’s blood work, completed check-in process successfully. As there was no seat available, decided to wait outside and chose option to notify via text when our turn arrives.After 10-15 min, received text message but the child was in the restroom. Within 4-min of receiving text message, we were in Quest waiting room. The appointment queue system was down (showing yesterday patients names), so unable to know the status of our appointment. No staff was available to assist. After waiting 25-min, we were told that you have missed your appointment as you were not in the room within 1-min of receiving text message.This is extremely annoying response/policy. Once the patient has check-in then it means he/she is around. In this case if the patient did not respond when called-in, then another try should be made after 5-10 min. Instead, we were asked to book a new walk-in appointment that can take 2+ hrs for the turn. It left us with no choice other than leaving the unfriendly place.

The lady was distracted and not careful with her patient. She poked my arm with the needle for multiple times and couldn’t locate the vein to draw blood. She finally gave up and tried my other arm but left a scar. It was a horrible experience.

The billing person named Analissia or however it’s spelled is rude and unprofessional. I asked simple questions and she would respond in a annoyed and rude manner. I asked to speak with the office manager to report her behavior and she hung up on me.

We make an appointment at 11:30, there are many people over there, but I just only wait for a little , our 1-year-old baby's blood drawing is completed very quickly ? Btw The laboratory is on the 3rd floor!!!!

Came to this locatIon (ste 390) to get lab work for my daughter. Made it there at 7:00 because that’s the time that it shows they open online. Signed in at 7:30 since that’s when they really open. Had 2 people in front (one that signed in as I was signing in and the other was an appointment) and two behind. When we were next and the nurse called us, a Karen jumped up and walked in. The nurse (Layla) asked if she was my daughter and she said no. They began to discuss something and the nurse took her instead of having her wait her turn. As she comes out with a smirk on her face, I begin to tell the nurse how unprofessional that was and she says that the lady had an appointment. It’s an insult to believe patients don’t have an idea how their bookings work. Surely if you call someone that would mean it’s THEIR TURN! So I ask to just get a doctors note for my daughters school and another nurse calls my daughters name and says “Well we can’t give her a note if she’s not receiving a service and Im trying to do that”. So as we are going back she’s saying things like “I don’t have time for this cause it’s too early.” After dealing with her attitude I told her there was no way I was letting her stick my daughter with a needle. So she says I won’t get a note and I was fine with that at that point! I ask for the directors number and as she looking it up she’s mumbling in the background.I call the number that she gives me and it’s the group lead.. Mrs. Valerie! So kind and professional. I explain what happened and from the beginning she was very apologetic. She was also surprised that I was denied a doctors note since we had actually waited. Mrs. Valerie asked us to go to the location in building one and assured me that my daughter would get service and her doctors excuse. Nurse Shay was so sweet. My daughter was scared because she had a child screaming at the previous location but Shay calmed her and talked her through it. I’ll be writing the other location a five star review!

The waiting time for walk in is terrible. I have been here more than 1hr and am still waiting.

The wait was less than 5 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and patient with my son. Definitely recommend this location.

Went for a simple CBC ( complete blood count ) test that I was paying for upfront. The lady said I needed a doctor’s order. Which is not true. So wasted my time going. I don’t think she wanted to do the paper work.
