I took my cat here to get mats shaven off him and they did a great job! My cat is not that friendly but they were very quick with it, im really happy with how it turned out.

I took my puppies with Liliam 6, she left them beautiful. Good customer service and prices are reasonable.I definitely recommend them..

The owner is very rude and charges extra for things you don’t ask for. Highly over priced and the customer service is very poor. She charges you for services and doesn’t do them

Such a bad service. The owner is rude and charges for the cat trim. When I went to pick up my cat, she did not trim and started arguing for no reason.

Lillian and her staff take such good care of my Havanese, ChiChi. I've tried numerous groomers. Most have no idea how to properly groom her. ChiChi likes going there too! I appreciate how sweet they are to her, and they take care to keep her long fur perfect.

She lied about the cash and charge I have proof owner didn't text me anything about extra money after we agreed to a price plus my pups spent few weeks in boarding and she kept them so dirty and smelly I took them nice and clean it was awful experience they had stuff twigs and dirty on thier body and tails plus both were matted I don't know what they did but I had very bad experience I'm never taking them she's a liar also

Ike has been coming here for almost four years and he loves Lillian. I have seen reviews about Lillian being rude but we have never experienced that. You have to understand this is not an easy job but she is very passionate about the animals. We never have a problem with scheduling or prices. She has never told us come another day.Saturdays are busy so I suggest during the week if not just go run errands or something.

I went with my 2 cats for grooming. i wanted them to slow shedding so they did their stuff and gave them back. one of my cats nails were bleeding and the other ones tail looked like a box

AWFUL, our cat has not eaten in two days and won’t stop drooling. She’s never been like this before and we’ve taken her to the groomers often. This is the first time we went here and we’re never coming back, we had an appointment at 12 for our two casts and they didn’t see our cats until 2. They refused to see one of my cats bc she was biting and scratching but she’s never acted like that at a groomers before. The cat that they did groom has not been acting right since that day, she still hasn’t eaten anything. They didn’t even groom her properly. All of her nails are split and she’s still covered in old shed hair, it looks like they didn’t even brush her. I should’ve never brought them here. Lillian is beyond rude. I called her about this experience and all she did was argue with me, she never told me what they did to my cat.

They're wonderful with my Eevee. She smells so good, now she can sleep with us ? Great customer service and environment, makes you feel welcome. We definitely found our go to groomer.

First time using the boarding service (9 days) for my cat and was charged $7 to use my credit card…transaction breakdown: 9 days @ $18) $162 + $13.36 tax + $7 cc surcharge for a total of $182.36…I also had my small dog (Chihuahua/Jack Russell) groomed there and she didn’t look washed at all…I’m use to seeing her (at my primary groomer Pets & Paws) noticeably brighter as she has a white/beige coat and she looked unwashed, unclean and dingy…Lilliam comes across as a fast talking, pet grooming shysterIn replying to your reply; I never indicated that I was satisfied with the service nor did I complain about the groomer that I’ve used in the past because I am very satisfied with them. I was just trying something new I.e., Pups & Kitts

Had my Goldendoodle groomed there... he came back with cuts scratches all over him. I've never had this happen to him. He did have some matting which was discussed but to literally cut him on his belly and around his eye and neck!!!!! . I am seriously considering taking action. DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. RESPONSE TO OWNER. I take very good care of my GOLDENDOODLE. Also to make an assumption that he isnt taken care of is ridiculous. You should have my address. If not my phone number. Come by and check!!! you have plenty of reviews here and on google stating the same harmful treatment so that speaks for itself. And for an owner to only respond to the negative Says alot too. You should be shut down.
