Precision Pools were the most responsive pool company that we engaged with when designing our pool. This is the third pool we have built and Precision Pools has been the most professionally project managed out of the three. They helped with HOA submittal and the whole process has gone smoothly.Edit: We referred a homeowner down the street to Precision Pools and were told we would receive a referral bonus. So far, this has not been given to us by Precision Pools. Why offer referral bonuses and then not give them out? This seems like a very bad business practice. It has been over 2 1/2 months since the other pool was completed. We will not be recommending this company to any other neighbors.

Precision Pools & Spa's pre-designed pools are by far the most reasonable pools I've come across in my research. You end up getting a great value from an established company that has decades of experience.Our build process went faster than we expected after reading some of the negative reviews from customers who built during the height of the pandemic.Our site superintendent was Jonnathan and he is truly a pleasure to work with. He was responsive and resolved any of the issues we encountered during construction. I can't say enough good things about him.Janice scheduled our project and she is very busy - but we could tell that she always tried her best to get back to us with answers on timeline.Once the final couple of steps are done, I'll post a picture of the finished product.Services: Inground pool installation

Precision pool team is very knowledgeable and delivered a great quality swimming pool.We had a few issues with the design as the salesperson (Scott) didn't add a retainer wall on the original design/price, but adding that was still a competitive price compared to the alternatives.All equipment used is Hayward. The installation was perfect; the plumber and electrician were very knowledgeable about the pool.David is the on-site project manager; he does a great job inspecting the pool and answering.Janice is slow to reply to emails or phone calls; the best way to reach her is via text.It took about 14 weeks to water in the pool from the excavation day. (We had about two weeks of weather delay).The Precision Pool includes a basic pressure pool cleaner with the project. I decided to go with a robotic pool cleaner, and they got a good quote for a Hayward one, but I wanted another brand, so they removed that item from my quote.We had some modifications after the design was complete, and David was very diligent in helping us. Although, some of those after the contract modifications were pricey for the job performed.Services: Inground pool installation

They impressed us with their professionalism, transparent pricing, and detailed 3D rendering they provided before the project started. If you want a top-notch pool construction company, go with Precision Pools. They're the real deal!

They built my pool 1 year ago. Scott did an awesome job at sales. Detail work not the best but for the price it does a good job. The people they did the coping around the pool did a good job however they cannot fix the leak in the water fall. They have been out 2 times and now still having issue. Warranty department was good in beginning but having issues with them returning text and emails back. Pool is about 91 ft with no hot tubService: Inground pool installation

They installed my pool great job and finished ahead of time they have been a great help in learning how to take care of it. Had a tile come loose not their fault was mine they had it repaired in 4hours. Ms Norma and Mr David have been the nicest and helpful with everything thank y’all so much. I am happy with the end product, but they take a loooooonnnnnnnngggggggggg time to get it done. If you have the patience, then they are good. If not, go elsewhere because that can drive you crazy. They tell you one date which changed for us. It took about 5 months from dog for us what should have taken 2 months. It took about 7 months from the original date of dig. Neighbors kept asking if the company had abandoned us because it took that long. Communication could be better...they communicate but you have to reach out via email, call, text and any other form several times. You have to monitor the work because the contractors leave a mess and don't clean up. It can get messy but when they leave a mess, it makes it worse. One again, we are happy with the end product.

We received several quotes for our pool build and decided to go with Precision Pools. Their price was the most competitive and they were recommended by an acquaintance. Scott R. helped us design our pool, David was our PM, Janice was our scheduler. From the day of dig to the day we filled the pool was right at 3 months. This included some weather delays and holidays. That seemed like a very realistic timeline. We also had some back and forth on changes throughout the process during different phases of the build. Each trade did a great job. We are now complete and the pool looks fantastic. We are extremely happy with how it came out. We are ready for summer to start. Thank you Precision Pools.

Our pool was completed last week, and we couldn't be happier. The process took about three months for a pool, spa and gas firepit, and that was with a terribly wet winter, and working around our schedule. This is the second pool we have had installed, and the process this time was quicker and easier, and the end product was nicer. The pool designers took our vision and created a design, and the crews made it happen. From Will and Christian in sales and design, to Christina in the design center, Janice doing the scheduling and David managing the project, they all helped guide us through the process and answered every question we had, regardless how trivial. All the crews were hard working, professional and very good. The quality of construction and finishes is outstanding. I don't understand earlier comments about communication, as every time we contacted the company with a question, we got responses right away. So the first thing people will think is I was paid for the review or I work for the company. I don’t! I was prepared to give them a bad review when I first started just based on everyone else’s experience I almost didn’t sign. But I’m so glad I did! The craftsmanship is top notch, Will V., Janice, Cristina and David are top notch! My pool is amazing and sparkly and blue! And any issue that was discovered was fixed right away. We hired Precision Pools and Spas design and build our pool this year. The process was very good and they completed ahead of schedule. We started construction in February and we were swimming by the beginning of May. I had heard a lot of people say that it takes about 6 months to build an inground pool. The team at Precsion did a great job scheduling the construction and finished before summer. I am very pleased with my pool. Thanks Amy and David, I really appreciate all the hard work.
