Nice place i have been a great customer since 2016, I like one of the two owners/brothers who has a more customer friendly disposition, who will REMEMBER Customers make the business...but the other one don't remind you (by text, email or call) if your post box rental is due , he would just rent it out to someone else and you find out when you come, even Mail he would not forward to your address on file. Very convenient place but I'm looking at the other brother side eye...I still gave 4 stars because the service is good for anyone including entrepreneurs.

The owner, Mal, is super friendly and helpful. He got me a mailing option that is not only cheaper but, more importantly, cuts the delivery time in half compared to my original pick on carrier's website.I don't live in the nearby neighborhood. Just found them on google map. But the service is certainly worth the drive. Will come back.

Just want to say that I’m so happy I came to send my package here and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. Malik is the sweetest! ❤️ He was very helpful and kind, typical USPS are really overwhelming or rude if I’m being honest but not here whatsoever!

I have used Postal Plus several times since they opened. Each time their professionalism, performance and kindness has been impeccable. I am planning to get a mailbox at this location, also. Very, very kind owners.

I love this place. They are very friendly there, and very helpful. I send all my USPS mail out from there because my post office is a disaster. I've sent packages by UPS and FedEx. And I've used the notary services many times. I've even bought stamps! This is a wonderful place to have in the neighborhood because it saves me so much running around.

Great and convenient alternative to the post office! This store will accept PREpaid USPS packages, which some other stores of this type will not. Nice rack of greeting cards too. So glad to know I don't have to deal with the parking lot and usually-filled drop-off bin at the Matlage USPS just to mail a prepaid package. Thank you!

Great customer service and friendly stuff who gets the job done with efficiency and ease. Will help you out with your every need and take Covid precautions very excellently. Highly recommend this place rather waiting in lines at USPS or Fed ex stores.
