These guys have been in front of Sugar Creek for 10 plus years. I've been in numerous times but just bought my wife's wedding band there. Service, tops! Price, can't beat them!!!!!

This establishment sold us an EGL certified diamond without being honest about the issues and unreliability of that diamond lab. They have been sued because they over rate their diamonds and the people at Plaza had no issues selling us this stone at a grossly overpriced rate. My husband since then has upgraded my ring but now we can’t sell this one because it’s EGL certified. We went back to plaza to see if they would buy it back since they sold it to us and they THEMSELVES won’t buy it because of that fact!! What does that say about integrity or lack there of?? Please be ware of the dishonesty of this place and RUN if they try to sell you an EGL stone!

I have had 3 rings made here. The first 2 of them made at their previous location Plaza Jewelers and then 1 at Sugar Land Diamonds.My engagement ring's solitaire diamond was set crooked. I didn't have them fix it because I was scared it would damage the diamond, make it more crooked, and/or make it less secure in the setting. In addition, where it was resized down, the band it wavy and uneven.My wedding band was somehow made a whole size too big, I was told otherwise, until I requested to size it on a ring mandrel. They then sized it down the original size requested. A little over a year later, a diamond fell out and I was charged to replace it.Throughout all of it everyone was always willing to "fix it" but I had already lost the trust. The owner was very nice but also dismissive, giving us a bottle of wine and alot of apologies for all the back and forth issues.My husband ended up going to Sugar Land Diamonds to get an opal ring made for me. I was very disappointed when I found out it was the same jewelers with a different name and location. When I went to pick it up, they said it wasn't actually ready and that the opal stone was set uneven so they had to fix it. When they had me pick it up a few weeks later, the lady said gladly told me that it was all even! When I got home I realized the stone was not only uneven but it was worse than the first time. When I went back everyone there told me it was because the opal itself was uneven and if they tried to fix it, it could damage the stone and still be uneven.Very nice people, that's why it's difficult to write a bad review. Unfortunately I was left with 3 bad experiences and will not be returning.

Brought my wife’s Gucci, Tory Burch and a few other watches in to have the batteries replaced. Should be simple. The watches were in meticulous condition, with the exception of one that had a chip in it, but was still in mint condition. Got the watches home and the faces and bands of the watches were all scratched up and they were some deep scratches. Called the store angry as these watches were all in cases and were mint. All I was told was to bring the watches back but I know the condition they were in so it is all a waste as I was a first time customer. Will never refer anyone here.
