“I am pleasantly content with my experience at Houston Pawn. Upon entry I was greeted with a warm introduction by Aaron. He mentioned the deals they had and if I needed anything to ask him for assistance. He was so polite and even offered to pull items from behind the glass so I could inspect and choose what I wanted. His whole attitude and professionalism made me feel welcomed. The whole layout of the store had me so impressed. Just scanning the items on shelfs was pleasing to the eye, he mentioned he had just re-arranged it. I definitely recommend Houston Pawn! “I recently had a pleasure of visiting EZPAWN, and i must say, the experience was OUTSTANDING! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor from the staff. They truly made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.
The selection of items was impressive ranging from jewelry to electronics, all in great condition. What stood out to me was the staff (Christian) knowing about the products- Christian was more than willing to answer all the questions and provide detailed information, which made my decision-making process much easier.
I was also impressed by Christian's fair pricing and willingness to negotiate, ensuring that I left feeling satisfied with my purchase. Additionally, Christian's service was efficient and the process was clearly explained. I appreciated Christian transparency and professionalism throughout.

“I came in today and had a mens pair of shoes that i had no use for so i talked to john over the phone and asked to be sure if they accept shoes and he said yes. When i got there i was assisted immediately by john himself and he helped me out with some gas money at least based on the condition of the shoes lol! Either way it was exceptional customer service. I suggested her to go into the pawn shop and inquire and Robert didn’t hesitate to help her. Thank you so much you could have said no, but you didn’t, it’s customer service like that that I love to see and matters. Let your boss know your a keeper.”
