Recently bought a house and this morning, I went to secure some paint. Let me tell you, Carolina at PPG is amazing! Her customer service is truly top-notch. She went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Even when she didn’t have the item in stock, she didn’t just stop there — she located it at another store, called ahead to confirm they had it, and made sure everything was ready for me when I arrived. That level of care and effort is rare these days. Carolina truly deserves a raise for her dedication and professionalism!”

“Highly recommend. Customer service was exemplary! Upon arrival, I found out our home color was discontinued but staff was helpful in giving me options on how to proceed. Staff not only helped by showing me the newest version of our paint color, but also told me about the custom paint process. All staff was patient, attentive and detailed in helping me create a custom paint color off the only tiny sample I could bring in. I was worried the sample would be too small to use (dime sized) but they assured me there was a way around it and much to my relief, they got as close as possible to what I needed! It did take a few minutes, as they would show me the paint as it was changed step by step before adding more color and wow, the wait was well worth it!”
