We patronized this cleaners for years. During our last visit there were blue dye spots on my husband's cream color pants. Also brown or rust stains on my husband's custom white dress shirt. When we showed it to them, we were told "they are no longer responsible for mistake". How so? They do not tell their customers this information before accepting our clothes or our money. BAD business, NEVER returning.

Absolutely wonderful place to take your clothes and not worry about them being damaged go missing or being overcharged The young lady that works the front, Pinky, is always the friendliest most polite and kind person The manager is also a gentleman who wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied If you need a cleaners close to you and you live in Sugar Land these people are the best in the area

Poor customer service, I left my clothes, when picked up, all but 2 items shrunk, they did not take any responsibility, stated it was impossible Will never go back, list 5 items to this incident

Terrible customer service. The lady at the counter was polite and nice when she was trying to get my business but acted like she had better things to do when I came for pickup. I was trying to tell her I called several times to confirm my pickup on my lunch break but no one picked up - apparently she was on the phone the entire time with a friend. She ignored me the first time so I repeated myself and she just shook me off. Rude and unprofessional behavior that was completely uncalled for. I will not be back and would rather support another small business.

They lost my husbands favorite vintage Disney sweater. It cost me 250.00 new.. When I went to pick up the sweater they said it was lost. I said How? The lady at the counter said I don't know..like no big deal. No call from management. nothing! I am furious. What a terrible way to do business. R.Reyes
