I hire Onesource for a move from Georgia to Louisiana. They subcontracted the job to Map Moving who proceeded to lose or damage about $1000 worth of my possessions including a 55" 4k TV, Reidel crystal, glass cheese tray and steel shelving. After submitting substantiation paperwork they offered a settlement of $88.20 including $33 for the tv and less than $2 for the crystal stemware. Repeated calls to customer service were never answered. U-Haul would have been a better choice hiring local labor to pack and unpack.

Brendan is a horrible customer service representative. Daily Hassled and harassed me on my personal phone in order to book with the company to the point where I decided to go with another company because of their behavior. Upon politely communicating my decision to work with another company, Brendan told me to lose their number but yet still harassed me, asking me—using 2 different numbers—who I hired instead! Do not book!!

Your property is not respected. Lost one of 4 pieces of my antique book shelf set. Broke my stained glass lamp, Boxes and plastic totes crushed. When the truck pulled up and they opened the back door, you could see everything was thrown in. Nothing stacked. So didn't get all my furniture, the bolts and stand for the television was missing as well that was slid inside the taped box.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will steal your deposit!!! Customer service will advise you to put your move on hold instead of cancelling to steal your deposit. Billing will not help!! DO NOT GET FRAUDED!!!

We originally had a 7 o'clock start time. I verified it with Andy the owner on the night before. The morning of he called me and said it would be 1130 to 12 o'clock before they could get there. I told him That my daughter had to be at work at 2 PM. He said He had 2 trucks Break down. They finally showed up at 12:30. We have used them before and they sent a man named McCay, which we had trouble with last time we used them, and we asked them not to send him. They sent him anyway, They were having trouble getting stuff upstairs And my daughter made a suggestion And Mccay yelled at her and said he was a professional. Andy said they could Move a one bedroom apartment in less than 2 hours, It took them 3 hours 30 minutes to move a One bedroom apartment. Even though it took them that long, they still managed to scratch the door/put a hole in it, threw her boxes around. After contacting the owner he said he'd send someone to bring the couch up that they left outside and to fix the door they destroyed. Me my wife and my daughter never got a call or follow up. I asked for Compensation for the delay and Andy said No because he was the cheapest in town. They also sent a man named lucky and he was awesome and did a very good job.

These people outsource the moving services and become non-responsive once you have paid a deposit. They are currently taking advantage of a disabled person. Please stay away from them.

I have dealt with several major moving companies that left me moving half of the things they were to move, but OneSource was just so awesome! We went over inventory as we went and they found ways to save me money instead of the bait and switch you get with most companies. Prompt, professional, kind, just decent people that actually care about the customers. Can't say enough! Thank you to all involved with my move. Recommended highly! Thanks guys!

Horrible moving company that has still yet to deliver my items worth over $8,000. they are non responsive and will send you to the meanest customer service representatives you will ever meet. In all I still didn’t get my items but if and when i do, I’ll be taking legal action because of the contract breach.

Terrible! I can’t believe we paid for this “service”. When you move you hire movers to help make your life easier…this made it 10x more stressful and unorganized. You’re better off just moving yourself! Don’t recommend.

Do not use unless you like giving away money. EVERYTHING is an upcharge. I ended up paying out $1244.00 above my "max" $3900.00 "estimate". For 600cu ft of belongings.

DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! OneSource Moving is the ABSOLUTE WORST company to deal with, primarily because they are a broker. To start with, they id a video walk through of my 1500 square foot apartment to estimate the materials required to get the total cost. That estimate was $7978. The week of the move, I had a QA call with OneSource. As it turns out, the video assessment was WAY off, where they missed a whole bunch of items which meant the difference between the smaller truck and one a bit larger. So, the estimate went up to 10,178! Then, on moving day, when the actual movers showed up, they said that the estimate was inaccurate, resulting in a total cost in excess of 11,500! How can a company be so bad at estimating that the final move cost 30% more than the original estimate?! They are that bad because they are only a BROKER, and don't give a damn about the customer or their end to end experience!

I have never hired a moving company before, but my new job was paying for relocation expenses. The first man I spoke to was great, and we got everything set up for my move. About a week later, a different employee called me to inform me that based on how big I said my storage unit was, there was no way I had the number of boxes that I listed. He insisted I must have way more boxes, and that I needed to pay for more room. He would not listen to me and I had to say multiple times I would not be paying for any extra room before he believed I knew how many boxes I actually had. Once my pick up window rolled around, I had received no further communication. I called the customer service number multiple times, left messages, and got no response. I finally got in touch with someone in the middle of my pick up window, and they said the truck had broken down. That's ok, it happens. I agreed to extend my pick up window and have a friend let them into my storage unit, since I needed to move and start my new job. I said any day would work except that Friday because my friend would be working all day, so Friday was not an option. Fast forward to that Friday, and I get a call from the movers that they are ready to come get my stuff that day. I told them that no, Friday was not an option and no one was available to let them in. The movers then called me multiple times over the next hour or so to complain that I was not ready, that I needed to get this sorted out and meet them at the unit. I very clearly told them it was not going to happen that day, and they continued to call me. They hung up on me in the middle of a phone call, and that's when I stopped answering their calls. I called the customer service line, multiple times again because they wouldn't answer, and explained that I had been very clear with everyone that Friday was not an option. They seemed confused and like they did not know that. One man said I should have informed them Friday wouldn't work, which I did, and that I was now messing up their delivery schedule. I don't know how much clearer I could have been about Friday not being an option.I was then told they would have to figure out a future pick up window and it could be weeks from now. At this point I have already had to extend my storage unit and pay more money on that, so I requested to cancel the service and handle it all myself. I had continuously been given no information, had to call multiple times and speak to multiple people to get any sort of updates, and my preferences had been ignored. They clearly have massive communication issues among their employees/departments. Now, the reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the woman I spoke to in their cancellation department, Daisha, was an absolute angel. She was the only helpful and communicative person throughout this whole process except the very first man I spoke to (I don't know his name). She informed me that I could only get 50% of my money back at the very maximum because of the initial contract's cancellation policy. I understand that I had agreed to those terms, but the company also broke the contract by picking my stuff up way later than we agreed upon. Daisha convinced me to give the company another chance so I wouldn't lose that money.Daisha coordinated to get my stuff picked up, and that part went relatively smoothly. The pick up date still got changed multiple times that week and I had to keep putting my friend out for longer. Once they finally arrived, my friend wrote in their paperwork that my earliest delivery date was the very next day. Five days after the pick up, I had still not heard anything from the company. I called in, multiple times with no response, and when someone finally answered they informed me that I had not specified my earliest delivery date yet, which was not true. So once again, I gave them my earliest delivery date as the next day. I got a call a few days later with a three day delivery window (yay!), Friday-Sunday, and was told I would be called that Thursday wit

Way too expensive at the end of delivery, furniture sat for 2 weeks….somewhere I don’t know and not only damage to our belongings but thing’s missing. We were not able to be at the pick up, my adult sons were present. Totally disappointed
