I typically give five stars to most of their stores due to consistent merchandise, but this particular experience left me dissatisfied. I purchased a $250 printer along with ink and paper, and during checkout, I declined additional protection for the printer, explaining that I relied on the one-year warranty provided by the manufacturer. However, after payment, I wanted to confirm if at least the one-year protection was included and he said no, despite my clarification during the transaction. The confusion arose from the cashier's inquiry about "additional" protection, leading to an extra charge for the protection that should have been inherent. Improved training, especially for staff with English as a second language, is crucial to avoid such misunderstandings. He barely speaks English

Been coming here for printing and always left with disappointed at their customer service and the long wait time on the lineLike common now is it that hard to put 2 ppl in the printing area and just take care of their customers everytime I come here I have to wait forever just to print out some stuff. I came today to print out some stuff and I had to wait for atleast 30 min on the line and it was just one person infront of me and the guy that was doing the printing stuff was just there without saying anything or asking if I needed anything atleast and the way he talks to customers with attitude ??♀️ if you don’t know anything about respect or customer service why are you even working behind a counter?After waiting that long without even being asked anything i just left and they didnt even bother apologizing or saying anything but instead he was just looking.Never coming back here again!!!

They tend to have exactly what I need every time, but customer service is unbelievably poor. Came into the store 10 minutes before they closed (needed something last minute and it was conveniently open, thought I had enough time), found my item and went to the cashiers with 8 minutes left in the clock. Both employees ignored me, one at the cashiers kept making glares at me while doing her own thing. Waited a few more minutes before the other employee comes back, sees me, and continues to the doors to shut close with the metal brackets. Eventually dropped my item and went to the door before he completely locked me in, all I get was "oh sorry". At least acknowledge your customers and say we are closed or the registers are closed out for the night.

Great service ! I just got a printer for Christmas and needed to make a quick stop for some print papers. I was able to get 2 , 500 sheet paper packs for sale!!

I was struggling for almost a week going to different Office Depot stores in the area to get help on designing and printing business cards for my new business. The only person who not only helped me but actually completed the sales cycle is ASHMIT @ Store 416. I really appreciate his ownership of the transaction. A big Thank You Ashmit.

The staff was awesome and very helpful. Ms. Jerne’ and Alex were very professional and was abled to assist me with all the questions I had. I’m creating a program for my Uncles Funeral and these two and another young black male were very nice, kind and patient with me!! I appreciate employees like them!! Thanks again Office Depot!

I’m totally dissatisfied with the. Recycling Rewards system. In addition to only providing 30 days to collect your reward points, no one tells you that you have to make a $10 purchase at the time you submit your ink cartridges in order to get your reward points. It seems like a system that doesn’t want customers to collect their rewards. Be careful of the fine print .
