Dr. Ceballos is a good doctor. However, the office itself is a hot mess. They never answer the phone…no follow up with any testing you did! He needs to find better personnel to work.

I am currently in oakbend ICU following a surgery. Doctor Ceballos has been my pcp for 9 years. I have never had any problems. I moved to San Antonio for a while but kept all my oakbend doctors. Glad I did now when I’m really in need of my team of doctors to work together and all records right on hand. I have my orthopedic surgeon on case since that is reason for surgery. My pulmonologist on case for my pneumonia, my cardiologist on standby if need be. So at 70 years old I have to say I’m grateful for oakbend hospital .

This place is a scam. They quoted us one price and later on sent a bill of $5000 for 6-7 physical therapy sessions. My insurance and we paid $2100 and they are asking us to make additional $1308 bill. When I called the billing department, they refused to answer any question and asked to write to an email address. I wrote two emails for explanation and no response. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.

I see the Nurse practitioner with the medical group who works with the GP there and feel I get truly great care and service. They actually listen to me and my concerns!

Basically this place charges you for “doctor visits” that didn’t even take place. One morning I was told by receptionist my insurance doesn’t cover their physicians and now almost a year later I receive a bill and I’m being charged for literally being told on that morning I wasn’t covered (I didn’t even see a doctor that day). Stay away from this clinic. This is bad. Feels like a scam ??????

My experience was trash. My nurse Lisa was ok; I liked her the most. The CT and Xray tech were cool, too. There was some other male nurse that attended to me who barely spoke as well.I was given some pain medication that did help. But that's the extent of the help. But the doctor barely spoke to me or informed me of next steps or intermediate measures to help with my pain. He just walked in, told me the Dx, said he drew up a Rx, checked my IV, then walked out. And then two people came in to help with a follow up with my pcp.Medication that did not help at all, btw. And he didn't tell me where I was supposed to go to get my medication, even though I put it on the form. So, I wasted fare to go to my usual pharmacy only to be told I had to go elsewhere. For my condition, at the very least, some advice for exercises I could do to help with my pain. Or some hope that it'd get better. SOMETHING. I basically came to the ER to be told I'm right and figure it out with my primary care physician.3 hours of waiting on results & $500 billed to me for that and a bunch of tests I didn't need had he just asked more questions or got more information from me??There was no real sense that they cared about the patient more than they were doing their job. I'd be more understanding if the place was busy, but it was basically dead in there.Plus the place smells very old and dusty. My room had paint peeling off the wall where, I guess, they moved something.Definitely never coming back here again.

Worst office I have ever been to. They accept appointments online and then turn you away after you show them the confirmation email. The staff there is rude.

I've been a patient coming to Oakbend Medical Group for 12 years. I have referred the Medical to all my family and friends needing service. My primary doctor is Dr. G. Ceballos he is the best doctor I ever had and great nurses.

Make an Appointment at 9:30am with my Primary Doctor's assistant. I arrived at 9:16 am and after more than 1 hour of waiting I left without being able to see the Doctor. The Staff and the experience were not diligent at all. I do not recommend this place.

Wish I could give a minus 100 rate!!!! We have gone to Sugarland Family Physicians for over 20 years. They were excellent until this past year when Oakbend Medical Group took over completely. Cant even talk to our doctor office anymore. We call to get appointments and get put on hold and no answer. Cant get an appointment for prescription renewal. They need to be shut down!!!!!!!!!! Looking for a new Dr.
