This place is the best. I absolutely trust no one else to touch my Jeep Wrangler. The staff is always helpful and they go above and beyond to help get you on the road as soon as possible. I think that this NTB is the one place that you can take your automobile to and trust that it will get done right the first time.
I once had to take my Jeep to the dealership to have work done that only the dealership could do. Denver, the manager at NTB, said that as soon as I got my quote for my repairs to call him and let him know what the dealership was going to charge me. I did as he asked and Denver told me that the issues that I really needed fixed was not on the proposal. I went back to the dealership and pointed out exactly what Denver told me and had them remove maintenence items that wasn't actually what in there for. Denver saved me over $1000 on "dealership repairs".
I am by no means a mechanical guy but I do know about trust, integrity, and honesty. This NTB is the place to go for that!!!!

Bought a 3 year alignment but the store never wants to honor it after the first time. Last week they told me I had a bad ball joint, so they could not align it. I took it to the dealership and there was nothing wrong. Do not trust them.

Denver and Bennie were excellent to work with today. They diagnosed my problem and had my car repaired and back to me within an hour. The battery was still within warranty, so I only paid for replacement labor. I appreciate their help and superior customer service very much!

As far as tires go, they are good and fast and don’t try to rip you off like Discount does. But every time I’ve taken a vehicle there they always tell me I need a set of rear brake pads and rotors. I’ve never ever had to replace a set of rear brakes. Even in my truck with 150k miles and a little towing and increased payloads. So if they tell you that you need rear brakes, they’re trying to bend you over
