I received an email with a discounted price for their webinar package, however, the website is so glitchy, I can't even research to determine if I could benefit from the package. I had used CPE One in the past and left for the same reason. I guess I won't be going back.

The services provided have been instrumental in improving the management of my business, particularly around accounting, invoicing, and purchase orders.
Dipayan has been critical in assisting with large corporate client requests, especially on invoicing. He has been proactive in providing the information I need to successfully follow through with purchase orders, deliveries, and final invoicing.

Recently I attended My-CPE One 1 hr. class on Residential and Short-Term Rentals. I have been researching numerous sources on this topic over the last 2 weeks. This was DEFINITELY the most concise, straight-forward and easy to understand course of them all. Thanks so much for providing affordable, easily-accessed CPE.

I've been a client of My-CPE for about 5 years now. I do all of my continuing ed courses on this platform because it's easy to use and easy to keep track of my credits. Besides CE, the platform offers other courses which I've taken to upgrade my skills in areas such as Excel, tax software, or investments, to name a few.

I signed up for a free trial of MyCPE One in spring 2025. I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of the CPE available and the timely updates and classes. I promptly signed up for a year's subscription and have already received much more value than my subscription price. My 3 ethics credits alone would have cost more than the year's subscription. Great platform, excellent presenters, and timely topics. Would highly recommend for CPAs.

This is my first year using MyCPE to complete my CPE requirements. The course selection is adequate and easy to follow. However, the platform has been very glitchy, which has caused a lot of frustration.
For example, it often doesn’t correctly track what’s completed and what’s not, and it has lost my progress during the final assessment more than once. Every time I reach out, customer support tells me it’s a system glitch—thankfully, they’re usually able to fix it.
That said, I’ve wasted so many hours dealing with these issues. It’s especially frustrating after coming home from work tired, only to face technical problems with no evening support available. Since I have to contact support during my work hours, it’s not convenient.
The customer service reps are helpful, quick to understand the issue, and resolve it efficiently. But if these technical issues continue, I’ll likely consider switching to another provider next year.

Great way to earn Continuing Education credits. Many topics available - I use their Human Resources courses to easily get credits for my certifications.
