Some of the EA training course is good. The quizzes at the end of the lessons are wonky. I have posted questions on-site regarding this and nobody responds. They mark questions incorrect when their explanation describes how my answer is correct. Their English has a lot of incomplete sentences and statements made in unclear manners. I am finding it frustrating.

Courses are okay. Overall cost is affordable at $199 a year; however, if you forget to turn auto-renew off, they refuse to issue a refund even though your account has not been accessed and it’s within 30 days of renewal. Beware of this and turn off your auto renewal immediately if you choose to use them!!

I used this for my CE as a tax preparer. It was easy to do at my convenience and speed. If I needed a break I could pause and go back and finish (except when taking my test). I could listen to things more than once to make sure I understood the material. They offered special pricing and I am very thankful that I took advantage of that! I will continue using this service.

I recommend MYCPE to individuals that need to take credit courses in order to renew their certification. In my case, it is to renew my SHRM-CP certification. There are many courses to choose from and many courses are interesting!
In addition, the technical support I received has been terrific! The rep I was assigned to had replied and provided solutions so quickly! Monika Jones has been amazing!

Do yourself a huge favor, sign up for Peter Brown's Quarterly Economic Update as well as his 3 investing modules. They are so well thought out and presented. A lot of useful coureses that are practical for accounants. If any questions, customer service resolves issues as soon as possible. I recommend this online course to any CPA who wants to advance real job skills.

I have used MY-CPE for the last several years in order to satisfy my continuing education requirements. I have found their webinars to be very informative. The staff is always there to help you with any technical problems. All in all I give MY-CPE 5 Stars.

my-CPE offers some excellent courses with amazing content. Beware of the Auto-Renewal, and I would cancel this immediately after subscribing. I would give them 5 stars if not for the issue I had with the auto-renewal, which I was told could not be cancelled. The live courses are generally the best. I had technical problems with the streamed courses.

They set you up on auto-renewal without your knowledge. After getting no response from MyCPE, I disputed it with my Amex. The lies they sent back to Amex on how they were trying to respond to me but my email domain blocked it is complete garbage. So unless you want to keep paying for this year after year, don't do it. And, the classes are pretty cheesy.
