My visit to Muse Hookah Cafe was outstanding, with top-notch service from Ana she is the best!!!!!. The hookah was flavorful and smooth, complementing the innovative and delicious food offerings. My visit to Muse Hookah Cafe was phenomenal, largely thanks to our fantastic server, Ana. Her recommendations and attentive service greatly enhanced our experience. I went here for a quick business lunch - meeting yesterday and around 5pm we were seated immediately since it was empty. I ordered the chicken shawarma and my business partner ordered the beef shawarma hummus. We got two teas and two waters. Somehow we were charged almost 70$ for this. The taste of the shawarma was horrible. It just tasted like chicken pieces that were individually cooked, not like actual shawarma meat. The spices were also completely off. There were raisins in my hummus and what seemed like frozen pita bread that was heated up and served. The food in general was horrible. On top of that they’re charging 8$ for tea pot that serves 2-3 small cups of tea. The waitress also failed to mention that 18% gratuity was already charged to the tab for 3 person table . None of us ordered hookah. Why are we automatically being charged 18%? It wasn’t a large party and we didn’t get any hookah. My partner didn’t know it was added so as a courtesy he added additional tip since it asks you to tip when presented with payment. This is day light robbery. 70$ for two shawarmas and 2 waters and teas ? I will definitely go elsewhere moving forward.

The atmosphere and food is amazing but service is top-tier. Ana goes way out of her way every single time to make sure I’m comfortable and always has the best recommendations on what to get, never disappoints at all!Of the main reasons I keep coming back is literally the how Ana treats us!
