I purchased some supplies for my cpap machine and received good service , but I've called them and emailed the for a copy of my receipt which I didn't save and they have not called me back or replied to my email .

Awesome care and service here at Multi Medical! I injured my left calf muscle and couldn't walk or even limp. Came in without an appointment and was helped immediately! I was able to compare Crutches, and wheelchairs Available for purchase or rental. I settled on a knee scooter that saved the day for me! Definitely check these guys out for your medical supply needs. (Also stocked up on some Biofreeze- you'll love this stuff!)

I went to Multi Medical Supplies and equipmentseveral times. Diane assisted me finding elasticsupport stockings. She offered me choices, andguided me to the right size. The patience and professionalism she demonstrated wasappreciated. She also sold me kN95 masks thatwere hard to find elsewhere, and helped me findinformation I needed on a walker. She is my “go to”help at Milti Medical Supplies & Equipment.

Ms Diane is the absolute best!!!Where do I begin….I go in the store nervously as a first timer and she made me feel completely at ease. She is the nicest sweetest most wonderful patient understanding person I’ve met (anywhere) in a long time.She’s such an Angel !Wish there were more people like her in this world.

I knew I should have done my research before stopping at this store. I wanted to purchase a box of KN95 masks, but instead I was asked how many individual masks I wanted. I couldn't even look at the box to check it out. I paid $10 per mask! The guy in the back said they were selling fast in spite of the masks being widely available on the Internet. Got home, felt uneasy, did my research and purchased a BOX of 10 masks for $10 and it was a recommended brand! Do not go to this store!! And the masks are not returnable!

This multi medical store is quite amazing, I went in today for a couple things for my small business and it was phenomenal. Adam the owner was an amazing help and I was completely blown away by the service. I will definitely be coming back here tomorrow for some new stuff. I’m so excited to say that multi medical is my small business provider. I feel so welcomed in the store with the good quality Service and the good quality people.

Today I was looking for a wheelchair for my great grandma Elaine. Adam Pleased to help me and my great grandma Elaine get the wheelchair we needed. I am so pleased that I was guided through the hard times even though my grandma was being a little bit difficult. I would definitely go back for more medical supplies!

Just be aware that they don't have a return policy. High prices for products that are not worth the price. This is a one star review.

Will never visit them again. A two star is too high.Went there at opening time and was told had to go back outside and wait. Waited for 15 minutes past their opening time. Employees were inside and didn't acknowledge me or inquire about why I continued to wait outside.I left and found Medirect Medical Supplies where I found good customer service and I wrote a 5 star review for Medirect Medical Supplies.

If you value customer service and your wallet DO NOT SHOP HERE. The staff is not just unfriendly, they are rude. My first purchase several years ago was based on a physician referral to Multi Medical. I purchased the product several time before learning that I was paying 2.5 times more than any other medical supply was charging. Most recently, upon leaving the emergency room with my husband, I stopped to pick up wound care items that we were needing quickly. I new better but was in a pinch. $174.00 later, and once home, I looked on line and found I could have purchased the same items and quantities for $40.00. A week later, after a follow-up appointment, they changed the course of treatment. I went by to see if I could exchange some of the items or return them and was told they have a no return policy. I can only guess this is because once everyone finds out that the prices they are charging are almost criminal, everyone would want to return. This is a shame since most of there customer base are the elderly on fixed incomes. I don't know how they sleep at night.
