Went there for an urgent compounded medication for a baby. The staff here got it ready in 15 minutes. (That is less time than what Walgreens and CVS take to even hand you simple prescriptions that are just picked up of their shelf)The pharmacist was polite and upfront about the fact that the medication would not be covered by my insurance. On that same note the price was much much less than another compounding pharmacy ( Compounding Corner Pharmacy ) I had used in the past.

The Martha lady there is just Rude, and greedy I personally know people who work there. And she only will service you at her convenience. I love supporting local businesses but I have decided to move my prescriptions elsewhere. She cant even go over the medications my kids and I get. She just reads whats on the label. I need to know side effects. Her customer service is just very very poor. The lady kept insisting I take covid-19 test from her. I heard from a friend that goes there that i recommended a while back, that she just put the Covid-19 test in her bag. AND HER INSURANCE WAS BILLED!! Thats FRAUD!!!Definitely not going back!!!Just my experience!!!NO STAR RATING!!!!

I recently switched over to Metscript from a grocery store pharmacy. Martha & her team has been nothing but helpful. They found me the lowest price for my prescriptions that saves me a lot compare to the grocery store pharmacy. Not only that, my meds are always filled in a timely matter. Their personal service is nothing but great & I’m glad I made the switch!

We have loved Metscript since my now 13-yo daughter needed breathing treatments. We've used them almost exclusively for all these years. Love that Martha knows people by name. Best communicating pharmacy I've ever experienced. They check in when there are issues, and let you know when they've received an Rx from your doc. Great people, great service.

Horrible pharmacy that is either a front for something else, has severe employee issues, or is simply trying to gain extra money by swindling people. I was without my medication that I need to take daily & because of the incompetences or the staff. I had to make approximately 6-7 calls each to Metscript and my Dr to get things sorted out because of their incompetence. What specifically happened: 1) They told my Dr office I wanted a generic without first asking me. 2) They told me that my coupon from the manufacturer website didn't work (although it worked for 1 year before them elsewhere and works at CVS where I transferred my prescription). 3) They failed to communicate in a timely manner in general. 4) Several people told me that my Primary Dr had not sent my prescription to them (BS because my insurance sent me a letter saying it was approved for 1 year with my primary Dr. name listed as the office it was received from. In addition, when I called my Dr and transferred this to CVS they showed it was sent.) 5) Several other staff members told me that my prescription couldn't be filled because it needed insurance and Dr special approval and not because of #4 above. None of them could tell me why a different staff member advised me of anything different. Again, all of these shenanigans caused me to be without my daily required medication for 3 days. Once I transferred to CVS I have had absolutely no issues at all & my coupon works just fine.

The staff is very helpful, thorough, and eager to answer any questions one might have. This is by far the best pharmacy i have ever used for my childrens medications. And they take Medicaid!!
