After 15+ MRIs and a dozen CT scans at a variety of hospitals and outpatient facilities, my go to place is Sugar Land Diagnostics (now HCA Houston Healthcare West).The facilities are nice and the staff is warm and professional. A prime example is Crystal in check in, she's friendly and helpful. Special shout outs to Lisa and Dr Alan Lobo. Lisa has been my radiology tech multiple times over multiple years and EVERY time she goes above and beyond. Special thanks to Dr. Lobo as his verbose neuroradiology reports are outstanding.. My neurosurgeon and other doctors have repeatedly been impressed with his level of detail and accuracy.Thanks to everyone at HCA West Sugar Land for your care and providing a place I can always depend on.”
“Revised up. One check-in kiosk, 2nd kiosk not working, do not have an attendant. I went early after they opened, so the wait time wasn’t inconvenient.
I had only one type of test so the needle wasn’t large and only one small vile of blood withdrawn; the tech did a comfortable blood withdrawal, i.e., no pain.”
