The people who handled my service were very professional and kind. They took care of me, spoke to the company and got me a new replacement vacuum.

Great store. They have a lot of experience dealing with Riccar Vacuums, I'd recommend visiting them if you have a Riccar. The only reason this review isn't 5-star is since they forgot to service a few of the problems with my vacuum and I had to remind them when I returned to pick it up.
