We had the Birthday Party of my kids at MajestKids two weeks ago. It was such a great yet memorable experience for all of us. Amber was thoroughly professional and very helpful in booking our party and addressing to all queries.Abigail, our party coordinator extended tremendous assistance in executing our party successful. She was very very active and helpful. The decoration was the way I wanted it to be. We had two themes together.Since we eat koshered meat, they allowed us to bring the outside food for our guests. Abigail again helped me in setting up everything. She was kind enough to put out food in their warmers so it can be served hot to the parents.I have had birthday parties at other places but this one was exceptionally excellent specially the staff was really helpful and professional.The place itself is very clean and they have two separate sections one for the toddlers and the other for the bigger kids so the different age groups can enjoy equally.My husband’s aunt tripped on the floor from the loosen carpet in the toddlers area and hurt her forehead. Amber immediately brought her the ice pack and gave her the needed firstaid.Overall it’s a very nice place for your kids birthday party. I would highly recommend it.

The only reason it's a one star is because it doesn't allow zero. This place may have been great at one point and is a good idea if run properly, but it is not. My family and I went there yesterday for my niece's birthday and as soon as we walked in the little girl working at the front gate was rude and had us sign a waiver while allowing a caucasian family who came in behind us (also attending my niece's party) to go through without having to fill out a waiver. The decorations were not like previous pictures. They had a background, a table for her cake with a solid color that matched the background, and our host (barely 16yo boy) was nice but wasn't wearing a uniform or anything so we had no idea who he was until it was time for cake. We were rushed out of the room before our time was up and had no idea what to do or where to go so we all stood around the handful of booths that they had between the (2) play areas. My niece's Mom told us that all the kids were now playing on the smaller kid side in the front that has no gate. So my teen boys had to sit at the booths while my 4ft tall 9yo was trying to play with her toddler brother. Shortly after, a random older woman went up to my daughter and started yelling at her for being with her little brother in an area that was not marked and we were not told was only for toddlers and babies. I immediately intervened and she decided to get in my face when I told her that she needed to back away from my daughter and talk to me. I informed that she was playing with her brother and that I was watching them. She kept telling me that my daughter was not allowed on that side and when I asked her who the owner was and if she was the owner, she stated that she was the owner, and I told her that we'd be leaving since she didn't see anything wrong with yelling at my daughter or me. This woman wasn't dressed like an owner. She was walking around with her keys and a "to-go" box in her hand, she looked like she had just rolled out of bed, and instead of asking who the bigger "caucasian" boys belonged to who were knocking the smaller kids down in the small kid side she decided to unleash her frustrations on my daughter because my daughter has been raised to respect her elders so my daughter just stood there confused and on the verge of tears. I took my family and left.There were (4) people "working" there that I could tell and at least 4 other parties going on. It was overly crowded with no direction. Three actual "employees" looked like they were barely 16yo and like it was there first job, the food was reheated Sam's club pizza and chicken bites, the drinks were left out hot soda cans, and the "owner" doesn't seem like she has any idea on how to run a business, much less how to be around kids. I don't see how they could possibly have repeat customers. Please take your money elsewhere. Even Chuck E. Cheese is better. Horrible experience overall.

We celebrated our daughter’s 3rd birthday this weekend and everything was great. Just like the pictures! Amber was incredibly helpful with the booking and Jocelyn was our party host. She did a great job and was extremely helpful throughout the event. I would 100% come back and do another party or just to bring my daughter to play. All our guests had a great time as well.

We celebrated our son’s birthday at Majestkids and everything was wonderful! They did an amazing job with the decorations and food, the service was excellent! The birthday boy and our guests all had a great time!

Perfect for toddlers and young kids. The business consists of the MajestKids (younger) side and NinjAdventure (older) side. The MajestKids side restriction is up to 45" height, and at least the day we went there weren't any bigger kids on this side ... which may be its best appeal. Lots of varierlty in the play areas,

We have been at Majestkids Playland many times with my granddaughter and I feel this is one of the best inside playground for kids. I highly recommend!!!

It’s a great place but didn’t like that it don’t have a fence around the play area my grandchild kept crawling out of it . I also think that it needs an upgrade or cleaning.

This past Saturday we celebrated our Daughter first birthday here and she had so much fun. Thank you to our host Mister and Amber, they made her birthday extra special and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Mister, was always attentive, preparing everything and delivering everything on time. Amber was absolutely amazing! she was who help me prepared everything for the event and making sure everything was perfect that day. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone. My daughters and every kid had a blast. They didn’t want to leave ?. My sweet baby girl had the best first birthday ever and we will definitely be back soon.

We just had a birthday party here for our son! It was amazing. Everything was beautifully decorated and organized. Abigail and Jocelyn did a great job talking with our guests and helping us make sure everyone was happy. It was amazing!!

Amazing! We had so much fun and I felt so stress free, the decorations were so cute and everyone was impressed with the room.Jocelyn was so great and helpful, everything I asked for she was on it. Amber was very hands on and helpful as well (she is the one who booked us) Everyone had a great time and I had a few of my friends inquired about having their kids party there as well!

We had such an amazing experience for my daughter’s birthday yesterday! The staff was so wonderful, especially Jocelyn! She was super helpful in getting everything set up for our party. The decorations were so perfect for our frozen theme. My daughter and her friends loved everything and had a ton of fun playing! We were so happy with everything!

Would have had a much better experience if the halal pizza was not so sad looking.We’ve were so excited and then it came out and turned out this way.Overall, a diverse place that’s toddler friendly and allows bigger kids to do more stuff at the ninja obstacle course.
