Rio and Richard G. were the most helpful associates. Rio gave us ideas of what to do with our new laundry room. Richard G. did all the havy lifting on the cabinets. I am so grateful for them and their advice. ? Bravo! ?

Kai has A disgusting attitude. She gave me a devilish look and I asked her not to look at me that way. Michelle I asked for her help and she continued to look at her phone. And Julia checked me out but was more decent than these two. I never want Kai involved in checking me out again.

I always have a great experience in the Sugar Land Lowe's. On Jan. 17th 2024 associate Tandra, Mr. JR, and Lillian was very helpful and knowledgeable with a smile. The SM Jalal is leading by example on great customer service. Thank you and keep up the great work I appreciate you guys. ??

The customer support is horrible. Just buy at Home Depot and save yourself the headache.First and foremost, the staff doesn't seem equipped to handle issues. I had to get a price match from Lowe's because they over-charged me, and the person helping had no idea how to handle this issue. He kept telling me, well so-and-so has to fix this with no follow through of calling this person over. Finally when they resolved this issue, they confirmed the person helping me forgot to add in the discount (strike two).Their systems are most likely antiquated. To do a simple reduction in costs, it took 3 people to figure out how to reimburse me without cancelling my order. The next issue i'm dealing with now is rescheduling a delivery date. The person I was talking to hung up on me multiple times after picking up. More concerning and back to this antiquated system, my PO order isn't even tied to my number. To further complicate things, there's no record of this delivery date. I have no idea when i'm suppose to expect anything.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS LOCATION! BY FAR THE WORST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Back in September 2023, I left Home Depot and went over to Lowe’s in Sugar Land to buy a BRAND NEW GE OVEN because I was promised by Lowe’s that I would have the range in the month of September, only to find out (after the purchase, of course) that it would not be delivered until November 9th! When I finally received the oven on 11/09 from the Lowe’s warehouse, the delivery technician turned on the burners and the oven for maybe 15 seconds. But when I turned on my BRAND NEW OVEN two days later to use it for the first time, it shut down after being on for about one minute! I immediately called Lowe’s the next day and they told me that I was out of the 48 hour return window and there was nothing that they could do! Instead, they said that I need to call GE to get my BRAND NEW OVEN fixed! After receiving a visit from the GE technician, ordering and waiting several more days for the repair parts, and then scheduling a second visit from the technician, my BRAND NEW OVEN was finally fixed on November 22nd…the day before Thanksgiving. Needless to say, this made for a totally forgettable holiday experience (attached is a picture of the technician taking apart our BRAND NEW OVEN).From the time I found out my oven was broken, I tried repeatedly to reach out to Lowe’s Sugar Land management to see if there was anything they could do, only to be told several times by the store manager (Stephen) that he would “look into the matter and get back [with me].” It’s been several weeks and he still has not contacted me back.Someone at Lowe’s may have known that this oven was defective from the start, but I believe that they shipped it to me in order to meet delivery timelines, hoping I would report it as broken on a later date, giving them more time to receive additional ovens from their supplier. This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review on any company, but this whole experience was so frustrating, that I felt that it was necessary to warn others about this store. Thanks for nothing, Lowe’s!

I meet Rio at Lowe's in Sugar Land, TX. He was very helpful, he showed me how garage opener work. He provided very detail how to install new garage opener. He not only told me what to do, but provided me good knowledge so I know exactly what to do. Thanks Rio!!!
