Avoid this store at all costs! They scammed me by failing to provide a receipt and charged me for additional items without informing me. The price I was charged was also different from what was initially quoted. Huge red flag!
P.S. The company should really be concerned about their reputation. Besides the scamming, the employees at this store had unpleasant breath and poor hygiene. If you're providing close services to customers, such as piercings, it's essential to maintain good breath and hygiene. Unfortunately, both employees had noticeable bad breath and dental issues, including tartar and discolored teeth.

I went to this store today, we had two piercings done today and they supposed to give us free earring but employee made an error and just went through the checkout when I asked her if we get our free pairs of earrings she said oh sorry I can’t do that because you already paid. I asked the manager to give me refund as there stupid policy they didn’t help me. The employee Madison and her manager were absolutely ridiculous I would never go back there. Their customer service was terrible and they treat me and daughter right. She did my baby piercing very harshly it was even bleeding out. Please don’t go there. They are absolutely Scam

I went there today to get my ears pierced with my friend, and we had the best experience ever the worker was incredibly sweet and funny and we had a blast!!!

000000!!!! No option 0 stars. DO NOT shop here. I had one of the worst customer service experience ever. I bought a set of earrings with the wrong price tag on it. I didn't realize until I walked out, it seem too high. I went back 3 minutes later !!! I told both employees about the pricing and they were extremely rude, unprofessional ghetto about it I was disrespected . The black lady with glasses heavy set told me "mam is just two more dollars" they double team on me being defensive and arguing with me that is final sale, no refunds, not their fault the system price is correct. I ask for a higher manager they said there is no one and that the white young lady with tattoos there was the manager!!!! She sure didn't seem like careless &very unprofessional chatting doing nothing!!!
My receipt was supposed to get emailed (they don't give you a paper one ) they ask for your email I never got one!!!! She printed one for me!!! The manager was trying to say is on your receipt no refund on earrings!!! I never even got a receipt !!!! They could of easily took the item back or adjust price ( It was a SEALED item). Both were too lazy busy chatting NOT helping customers the entire time I was there!!! PLEASE hire new employees these two just getting paid to talk.
After researching I made a formal complaint to Lovisa care support and was offered the refund to take it to another store. They lied to me and could of help me out but chose not to!!!!

I went today to get my redo of my piercing which was messed up by the old manager who did it. Today we went and the new manager, Dana was amazing. She was so understanding and friendly and overall did her job above and beyond. She made me so comfortable explaining the situation and made sure I liked the positioning of my piercing. I am definitely going to go back to get more piercings done by her.

I got a few items and they didnt have the price so when i payed it was more then 80 dollars so i try to return it right there and then and the lady said they dont do returns because of hygine but i didnt even left the store and the items were untouched! Very rude and unprofessional put a dam sign about returns

This place is crazy! So I got a nose piercing and in less than one week it comes out! So I go back to the store, they have the nerve to say oh the way your nose is our earrings post will make it easy to come out and then say they didn’t tell you this??? Hmmm no if they did I wouldn’t be standing here! Crazy.. Don’t get your piercings from here! Lesson learned!

While I love shopping here for earrings and I also get good customer service I can not recommend getting a piercing from here. The earrings that they pierce your ears with is to small and doesn’t allow room for normal swelling. It caused me a lot of pain and had to be removed and replaced immediately.

I’ve been buying jewelry from them for the past year and a half. None of my gold items have turned green or faded which is really good! I’ve never personally had a bad experience with them which is good! I would recommend.
