I had the best service you could ask for and not only that I was highly educated on the functionality and setup of my product that had me excited to get home and get mine setup 10/10 and I will be doing all I can to send people to that location to get sacked!

Loved our shopping experience at Lovesac! None of the pressure selling you normally experience when purchasing furniture. Our sales associate went above and beyond to review our needs and help us figure out the right ‘fit’ for us. Having the “Lego’s” made it easy to visualize what we were planning. This was my first time in a Lovesac showroom and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I was greeted upon entering by Charlotte and she answered all of my questions about the products and informed me of the current promotions. I placed an order the next day and can’t wait to get my new sactional in my home. I’ve already been trying to convince others to give them a look too. Charlotte, Jeremy and everyone at the First Colony location were so nice and helpful. They will go above and beyond to take care of you.

Cristian was great, thorough and very helpful. Showroom was nice and was able to demonstrate the various options well. Their white board grid tables and mock-ups were very helpful in visualizing how the couch would fit in the space. Overall great experience.
