We went to Lovesac First Colony mall with only a little knowledge about the sectionals but we left knowing so much more and excited for the purchase !!! Rae was exceptional , she will so knowledgeable and was able to answer all our crazy questions . She was so helpful and had so much patience as it took us a minute to make all our choices !! Totally a 5 star experience !! Highly recommend Lovesac First Colony and Rae !!!!

Walked into this LoveSac location after hearing a lot about the sactional. I was having lower back pain from the couch we had at the time, so it was so amazing that the staff here let me sit in the showroom with my laptop for an hour during a slow time for the store. I got to really see if it would cause me any pain (it didn’t!). The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful, start to finish. They helped with fabric choice, layout, and more. I visited the showroom several times before purchasing and they were always accommodating and never pushy. After purchasing they helped me with exchanging covers (I picked the wrong color fabric for my house). They also worked with us to get the supersac cover we wanted. Fantastic shopping and buying experience at this First Colony Sugar Land LoveSac!

I had the best service you could ask for and not only that I was highly educated on the functionality and setup of my product that had me excited to get home and get mine setup 10/10 and I will be doing all I can to send people to that location to get sacked!

They took care of all our needs, from the first phone call to the store, our visits to the store, our orders, deliveries and follow ups. Loved our shopping experience at Lovesac! None of the pressure selling you normally experience when purchasing furniture. Our sales associate went above and beyond to review our needs and help us figure out the right ‘fit’ for us. Having the “Lego’s” made it easy to visualize what we were planning. Love the versatility and quality.

This was my first time in a Lovesac showroom and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I was greeted upon entering by Charlotte and she answered all of my questions about the products and informed me of the current promotions. I placed an order the next day and can’t wait to get my new sactional in my home. I’ve already been trying to convince others to give them a look too. Charlotte, Jeremy and everyone at the First Colony location were so nice and helpful. They will go above and beyond to take care of you.
