Best location I ever been.
Front desk is amazing.
Everybody welcoming, trainers are amazing, good vibes.
The cafeteria is nice and clean, I usually get my order the way I want it. Teyiera the cafe manager is so professional and helping the staff & the costumers, smiling, and very respectful person she is AWESOME.
I highly recommend this cafe based on the management and the variety of food, drinks, and the environment.

I am surprised to find out that members in Medicare cannot use the gym all day but available to them only between 9:30am-3:30pm. I am wondering why that age group is singled out for that time window.

I'm giving this place three stars purely because they raised their guests fee to $50 a day. Which is more than double of any other comparable National chain. I'm a long time former member even and my rate was still that high for a daily fee. They can charge what they want, but that's just disappointing.

Trainers are annoying.. each one trying to play music louder than the other instructor for their classes.. on a average day you have 3-4 different songs playing loudly.. it’s just annoying..

One of the PICKLEBALL instructors went past her scheduled time keeping us waiting to use that court. Then when one of the people waiting bring this to her attention she gets defensive trying to justify it! It's not fair to the rest of us even if we're not paying $16 an hour for private Lessons! If this happens again several of us are Canceling our memberships.
P.S.- at least one of the Hot Tubs was hotter than the other for those of us who like and benefit from it but since it was last repaired its just above Lukewarm. And this past Thursday there was a lot of " dirty, scummy foam that was in the only working hot tub. YUK! ??

Jake and Hamza in swimming pool area killed my desire to come to this location anymore again. Very rude and incompetent young men.

My recent visit to Lifetime Gym in Sugar Land was exceptional, largely due to Michael's outstanding service. From the warm welcome to his attentive assistance throughout, Michael made my experience truly great. The gym's top-notch facilities and Michael's dedication to customer satisfaction made for a fantastic visit.

Too bad! ?????Bad service! I made reservations of massage but no one to operate it. Even I called the counter, they still didn’t operate it. I go to counter , they still did not operate. Eventually I wait for 25 min, ask the counter to operate it. She still operated wrongly. It’s so bad. It waste time . It waste lifetime.
The worst gym I had been.
I don’t recommend it at all.
Really bad! The worst!

For the second week in a row, the outdoor pool facilities (Missouri City Loction) were rented out and the pool closed to paying members. I've never been a member of gym before that has utilized this practice. Typically gyms price their memberships to sustain the operations of the gyms. They don't have to look at other money making efforts to keep the doors open. With the membership rates so high, why is Life Time still needing profits to be in the black? Did the powers that be not plan accordingly? Not my problem. And makes me mad when I work sometime 16 hour days. I go to the gym expecting facilities that should be available during the hours of operation to be available for use and they are either limited or not available at all. I get told...oh read the news on the club page. Well, when I work a 16 hour day, I'm lucky to get time away to work out, I don't have time to leisurely read a phone app when all resources at the gym should be available to me without a reservation (except classes that require me to do so) during the hours of operation at any Life Time Fitness gym I may visit. On the first occasion where the Missouri City gym closed the outdoor pool, we ended up driving over to the Sugar Land gym location. In talking to another mother in the hot tub that night and communicating my issue to her, she also told me about a similar issue with her son and the basketball court where Life Time had closed half the court for a basketball camp where only two people paid for this and left the other half for the members. The side left for members was quite full and hard for the teenager to play among the adults there playing. Another example that two people paying extra (not sure how much) trumped the members paying monthly membership having to pay the price and being limited to what they can use and when without consideration of what they are paying and what effort in this economy it is taking to pay the monthly dues. In my case, my husband has been out of work for almost three years now and I am the sole income of the family, so it is an effort each month for us to pay the membership, but have decided we need this for our continued health and have made it a priority (hence all the overtime to get this paid each month falls on me). Not everyone that are members live in Riverstone and buys a car every two years. My husband drives a car that is 30 years old and I drive one that is over 10 years old, and my house when I bought it was less than $65K, so I am not rich by any means, so I'm just fighting to get what I am paying for and expect when I walk through the doors each time I go to Life Time Fitness. I will continue to post here. You indicated for me to contact someone. Who are you suggesting? I'm tired of contacting the people at my location, it does nothing to change what is happening. Please provide the contact name and number at corporate that you want me to contact and I will do so each and every time something like this occurs. I'm sure there are lots of others at each location that feel this way when they are unable to utilize the facilities when they go to the gym at Life Time. Thanks, Carol

I love the morning members here, always a very positive vibe walking in and seeing the same old faces on a regular basis.
