“My daughter’s wedding dress was in horrible condition after wearing it to her reception outdoors (pics attached). Mud and dirt were all over the train. After being turned away from Tide Cleaners bc of the condition of the dress, I brought it to River Oaks Cleaners in Sugar Creek and consulted with Rosie. She told me they would attempt to clean it as best they could and call me to look at the progress afterwards to decide if I still wanted to have it boxed (heirloom) for storage afterward. Their technician cleaned the dress three times and got the dress back to its original condition! They then boxed the dress for storage. Rosie honored her original quote for the dress cleaning and boxing service. We are so happy with the results! **River Oaks Dry Cleaners are wedding dress experts.** Their expertise and patience is much appreciated and I would recommend their wedding dress service over any other cleaners.”

“I saw Sarah, the seamstress, for my wedding dress that had been poorly altered prior to seeing her. It didn’t look right, didn’t fit or feel right, so I was nervous about wearing it, was dreading wearing it and was considering buying something cheap online to replace it.Sarah took her time analyzing how the dress was made and how to fix it; she did a great job working on it and now it fits and looks great! I’m now looking forward to wearing the dress. I’m so grateful for Sarah’s expertise. She is very talented, skillful and diligent; if I ever need anything tailored again I will go to her.”

“I was terrified of trusting these guys with my first suit along with a few dress shirts (given their horrific reviews).Fortunately though, I was pleasantly surprised when I got everything back not only in one piece and properly ironed, but with some really stubborn sweat stains gone for no extra charge!The lady there is also very nice and trustworthy. She once returned over $500 left in one of my dads blazers!Definitely my go to from now on!!”
