The staff are always friendly. Julia is the best. I have problems giving my blood all the time
But she got it the first time it was done quickly and efficiently.

Joycelyn Turner is very professional and skilled. I’ve been coming here for years and haven’t had any issues and results are always submitted in a timely manner. Thank you Joycelyn for making an uncomfortable process a breeze!

Friendly and knowledgeable. Only stuck once, good flow, gave advice on possible test result interference due to antibodies.

The lady who drew my blood, Angel, is an actual angel! I usually get really nervous and sometimes have a hard time getting blood drawn. She was super quick, professional and very sweet.

If you want to get your appointment done don’t schedule here. Awful people and no empathy and motive to work

My 10 year old daughter had blood drawn here and she started to pass out. Her eyes rolled back and she looked like she was having a seizure. The lab tech started slapping her to wake her up. I asked if my daughter could stay in the room to recover and she said we had to wait in the waiting room because they needed the room. I had to physically carry my daughter to the waiting room. While there my daughter sat up and started to turn white and pass out again. Another patient who draws blood for a living noticed and had her lie on the ground in the waiting room in front of all the patients. None of the staff helped until they saw her lying on the floor in the waiting room. At that point someone came from the back (Maybe a supervisor) and she said i could carry my daughter back to a room. EMS was called and the supervisor was acting like she was taking care of the situation when it was really another patient that helped. Also, while my daughter was trying to recover I asked for juice or crackers and they didn't have any either. I do not like the way this situation was handled and how I had to physically carry my daughter to the waiting room instead of helping her to recover while we were back in a room. They were unprofessional and seemed to care more about getting the next patient in a room. I do not recommend them at all.

Had an appt at 9:30am on Saturday. 10:30 hit and they still hadn't called me in. I go in only to find out there are other people who have scheduled appts earlier than me that haven't gone in. The worker at the front wasn't very helpful. The tech who took my blood was nice though. If you check in at the machine or through your phone(and you have an appt) go to the front right after and make sure you are actually checked in. When I went in after waiting an hour the lady told me I wasn't in the system and it says I never checked in ):

I recently had an incredibly harrowing experience at LabCorp that I feel compelled to share. The details of my visit were nothing short of horror-esque, as I encountered a staff that seemed to possess no ounce of compassion or respect.Upon arriving for a blood draw, I was met with a group of uncaring individuals who exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism. During the blood draw, I was held down in a manner that made me feel like a prisoner rather than a patient seeking medical assistance. The disregard for my comfort and well-being was palpable, and the lack of compassion from the staff only exacerbated my distress. What truly shocked me was the callousness displayed by the staff when I requested a bed due to a clinical condition that causes me to pass out. Instead of understanding the seriousness of my request, they responded with an astonishing level of meanness. Their unwillingness to accommodate a legitimate medical concern left me feeling helpless and invalidated. The disrespect I endured during my visit to LabCorp has left an indelible mark on my psyche. The callous behavior of the staff has completely altered my perspective on ever returning to this establishment. The feeling of being held down against my will, combined with the utter lack of empathy, has left me traumatized. Not only was I affected by this ordeal, but my mother, who was with me at the time, also experienced the shock and horror of witnessing the blatant disregard for patient well-being. The trauma we both endured is something we will not soon forget. It is with a heavy heart that I write this review, hoping to shed light on the deeply troubling experience I had at LabCorp. I implore anyone considering utilizing their services to think twice. No one should ever be treated with such disrespect and lack of compassion during a vulnerable moment. My mother and I will never return to this location, and I hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid enduring a similar nightmare.

The best clinic in the area, by far. The staff are always friendly. I've found every visit to them is done quickly and efficiently. I have only visited this location when my OBGYN downstairs orders labs, but I've made a mental note to come back when other docs need tests as well. If you are referred from the Sweetwater clinic downstairs, you have a separate ipad to check in, and I think that helps expedite those patients.

Went in for a drug test. Your required to check in at the kiosk but it didn't have anything regarding a drug screen so I put in I was there for lab work. After that you have to sit and wait to be called to officially be checked in. That part didn't annoy me. What annoyed me was the fact I arrived at 2:50ish and didn't leave till almost 4pm. The decided to do all the drug screens last so every patient checking in after you got to go get their bloodwork done and be out of there while your there for a simple 10 minute drug test. Granted they only had one person doing everything in the back which I understand, but I never had to wait so long to do a drug screen. I also understood that it was a Friday before memorial day and they wanted these bloodwork orders out of there to be processed, but an update would of been nice or maybe they need to have certain drug test hours so people don't waste over an hour waiting to be called.

While the process of booking an appointment online, finding the office, and checking in went smoothly, the actual appointment itself was unpleasant. I had to wait for over 50 minutes for a brief 10-15 minute appointment despite booking an early slot. Furthermore, the technician who attended to me was unfriendly and made snide, unnecessary comments. Yes, work can be challenging and we all have bad days, but it is unacceptable for a technician to be impolite and condescending towards a patient who has been respectful and courteous throughout their appointment. I also witnessed a receptionist being extremely rude and unsympathetic towards an older woman who was having trouble navigating checking in. Overall, disappointing and frustrating experience. I will not be coming back in the future.

Great place! I was in and out quickly with no appointment. The lady taking my blood did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this place. Just off the freeway and parking was easy as well.

This was a horrible experience for me and seemingly for a lot of other people there. I went three times in one day so I was familiar with the check in process. The last time I went was to drop off a specimen. So I checked in on the iPad, chose specimen drop off, and it said check in complete. I waited thirty minutes then went to the desk and asked what’s going on and she said she doesn’t see the system having checked me in. So I just re did the whole process exactly the same and this time it worked. So obviously a system issue. There were no signs depicting you’re supposed to sign in on the iPad and no signs depicting which iPad to sign in to. A lot of people signed in on the OB I pad and waited and thirty min later when they asked what’s going on? They were yelled at saying they signed in on the wrong I pad. But there’s really no way for them to know. So very inefficient. And the personnel behind the front desk was so rude to everyone. There was a lady there who was dropping off a specimen and didn’t have the order form and they would not help her they wouldn’t call her doctor office for her or anything. She didn’t have a phone on her. I had to let her use my phone to help her bechase they were so unwilling. And the thing is, I almost didn’t get my order form back when I picked up my specimen containers either. I had to tell her “I think I need that back”. So I can see how they might have done that to this lady as well.Oh, and another lady was there and they literally lost her blood. She had her blood drawn a week or so again and they had no records of it.Overall very inefficient very chaotic, the iPads don’t work, the personnel were rude and not helpful.
