Revised up. One check-in kiosk, 2nd kiosk not working, do not have an attendant. I went early after they opened, so the wait time wasn’t inconvenient.
I had only one type of test so the needle wasn’t large and only one small vile of blood withdrawn; the tech did a comfortable blood withdrawal, i.e., no pain.

Extremely long wait times and no regards for people with appointment. Staff and management need to be trained or hire better people.

Don’t come here!!!! The reviews are right. I had an appointment at 12pm and waited a whole hour and they STILL hadn’t called me up. They skipped me and when I asked how much longer, it looked like they forgot about online appointments and they were only doing walk ins.. I’m really upset they waisted my time. I could hear them gossiping with the door closed. Never coming back here.

Positive experience every time I came to this location the last few years. Most people working there are friendly and professional. The office is usually quite busy. I always make appointments and use mobile check-in; wait time is minimal this way.

Please try and improve more. When people book online automatic is in you guys system. there should be any wait. Apart from this they also assisted me. No attitude, nice, trust me .no one is perfect, and mistakes should sometimes be overlooked. For these reasons, I recommend this place. We all need to be patient too.

This is a horrible location. The ladies at the back were gossiping instead of working. What could’ve been a 5 to 10 minute visit turned out to be 30 minutes because their conversation was more important than the customers.

Unfortunately this Labcorp checked all the boxes for the worst experience.....unprofessional, rude, dangerous practices and unnecessarily long wait time (due to prolonged chatting among themselves behind windows). When called in, my specimen was taken and put to the side with dr's request as she was talking to someone who interrupted us. She asked why I was waiting..she never checked to see if my name was on specimen and said they would deal with my paperwork and specimen at end of day. I called the next day to follow-up and never heard back. In reading other reviews, this seems to be routine practice as opposed to a one off.

This place deserves a solid -5 stars.Appointment is at 12:15 pm. I waited 20 minutes after my appointment, only to hear them chatting and laughing inside behind the blurred out window.I know they aren’t working Because they are gossiping about their coworkers. That is just sad. I have an appointment for a reason…*edit. Ended up waiting 30 minutes after appointment time.

Came in on Wednesday to get lab work done, it was swamped. Big lady sitting down checking people in, while one little lady called patients back one by one. She was very nice, but I felt really bad because it was just her. Didn't wait too long but could hear conversation amongst front desk staff that I wasn't interested in. Cursing, relationship things, vacations. TMI. Keep it professional ladies.

People that didn’t have an appointment and walked in after me were seen before me. Chairs were gone. A total of 9 people were standing in the waiting room. Blood draw was painful and stung which is a careless mistake. Said I needed to lay down and was told I couldn’t. The order in which you are seen is arbitrary. No idea how you operate a business like this. I’m in the wrong one! If you’re reading this, choose a smaller provider and location who’s front end isn’t disconnected from ownership and that wants your business
