Pros: Number of machines, Pool, SaunaCons: Hours (should be open later, especially on weekends), old equipment, and staff that act as bad as a used car salesman

Where do I begin? The equipment was definitely made in the Jurassic period. I went to a different LA fitness to compare and I didn’t even know how to work the equipment… I’m just so use to the rock and stick equipment this location has that I was BLOWN AWAY… that location gets all the stars. This one gets none if I could. Second! They close at 11 but I can’t get in after 10 for a quick 30 min workout? Why pay for a gym I’m not allowed in during open hours? DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

Would give 0 stars if I could. They stopped being 24 hours and started closing at 11. Ok that’s fine, but now they still say closing at 11 but they stop letting people in at 10. LA fitness I hope you read this because you’re a garbage establishment. Anyone else reading this, go sign up at a gym that doesn’t have arbitrary rules and poor equipment.

Many of the machines are missing accessories and foam padding around the handles.

The personal trainers will try to pitch a hard sale. Its really sad because i liked the Gym.It was very affordable and when i signed up they even offered me a free body fat measurement. When i went to get my "free" body fat measurement the personal trainer tried to hard sale me on a $240 a month program. I was obviously not interested and they tried to shame me that i must be too poor to afford it.They made me feel very uncomfortable and i am not sure if i can workout at this gym anymore.

The truth is that I am disappointed. With such an expensive membership compared to the competition, I expect the machines to be working all the time, but that is not the case. I have been a member for five months, and there are always more than two broken machines. The ones that do work lack maintenance; in many, you can't even see the numbers on the weights. I have seen machines broken for more than three weeks. The only reason I still go is because of the daycare, but if they don't do something about it, I will change to a different gym. I have to mention that the staff is very nice. #GymFail #FitnessFrustrations #DisappointedMember ??

They do not maintain the machines well and they last a long time broken.

Google maps says it will close at 8 pm. It was closed at 7 o'clock. I left my 3 children at home. We all have plans, you can't change the time as you wish.

The staff at the front desk are regularly clueless. They are unaware when equipment breaks down, unaware of maintenance schedules for the hot tub and can provide no information from management on expected closures. They dont keep a good lost and found. They just sit there and get paid to be unhelpful. The trainers look unmotivated, unfriendly and unapproachable. The equipment here is worn as well. The best person is the custodial lady she is helpful, cleans well and is the only person actively working.

There are not a lot of choices around. I wish they would upgrade some of their treadmills, ellipticals, and pin selected weights. In the morning around 5 AM there is a lot of grit and dirt as well. Overall, it is a welcoming gym with lots of equipment and not too busy around that time. Another suggestion I have is to add a few more weightlifting stations/ squat racks.

What's going on with the posted "New Hours of Entry?" where the doors close one before the club closes? Has this been approved by corporate? Seems if anyone wants to get a quick 45 minute or 30-minute workout, they can't because they'll be turned away ro worse, won't be able to access a gym that they're paying for during normal club hours! Complaints to corporate are already happening.
