My daughter Inaya Maknojia got her highlights done by Helen on March 15, 2024 she did an amazing job on her hair she showed a picture of how she wanted the highlight color to look. Helen satisfied her with great results. I recommend everyone going to this salon because Helen and her workers will assist you in the perfect way. The staff members in the salon are kind and sweet too this salon is a go to place they do a fantastic job . I love their services.

I wish I could give 0 star? I went for a hair color I told i want a light brown color and she did red color without my permission and she damage my hair because she put the color for toooo long and in the same time she’s taking 10 customers for color color and color. Very disappointed with the service. I had worst experience they are very unprofessional playing with peoples hair. In the same time she’s taking 10 customer together for colors this is most horrible?

Helen did so amazing with the hair color I wanted!! I showed her my Pinterest inspiration and it came out an exact match. Very good price and will definitely be coming here for my hair from now on❤️❤️

I called that morning to set up an appointment for a hair cut at 5:15. I showed up and they said I would have to wait 30 mins to be seen... what's the point of requesting an appointment

i usually don't write reviews like this but almost every time i have been here, they do not care much about previously scheduled appointments. I came a few minutes early today before my scheduled appointment time, and they had me wait because the lady took someone else. i understand that they are busy, but i don't think it's right to keep someone waiting at their appointment time. however i still continue to come because i've always come here and they overall do a good job shampooing, blow drying, styling, and dying hair. If I don't like something, they fix/change it, which is really nice. They do a good job with highlights. But they seem a bit unorganized with the appointment system which is very frustrating. I usually don't write complaints in reviews, but it's just a little frustrating now. I would appreciate it if they would be more organized with the appointment system and respect their clients time. Overall, they do a good job with hair, it's just the unorganized appointment system they have that frustrates the clients.
