We have very bad experience, getting online pick up orders,
Natasha manager always rude and bad customer service.
I was orders for my coming basketball team game 70 Powered drink,
They are saying you could not order that many otherwise we will cancel to your online order pick up. But it's nothing says in the store policy.

Why are you cleaning the bathroom at opening? That should have been done at closing.

It seems that your buyers have not paid attention to current healthy trends. I have to shop at Heb, Sprouts, or even Walgreens to find dairy free or soy free foods. And I live a mile from a local Kroger. The few things available are the least popular and squeezed into a corner at the end of a fresh vegetable counter. Can you do better?

Self check out has never been an issue for me until today and it made me second guess where I should spend my money. I was scanning baby food and I sneezed dropped one of the pouches. I picked it up, scanned it then moved on. As I was almost done with my second to last item the employee comes over and says I didn’t scan everything that was bagged and it my cart. She played a video showing me sneeze, drop the pouch, scan it and then bag it. She played the video about 3 times. She then proceeded to shuffle through my items that’s were bagged as if the recorded video wasn’t true! She counted some of them and then randomly grabbed two saying I didn’t scan them. At that point, I almost left everything right there but I knew I scanned everything so why was this woman acting like I trying to be slick. Either way she stood there and watched me rescan everything, the amount come up to the same dollar amount/number of items ! No apology nothing ! Kroger lost a loyal customer today.

Very good store, just think they should be more clean. Every time I come here, it always smells bad. The Starbucks employee should get a raise though, they know how to make some good coffee and are attentive towards their clients.

If i could put cero stars i will. Pick up people if you don’t appreciate people’s time this isn’t the right job for you, i was waiting for them for 28 minutes, and there was no other car picking up, it’s frustrating because the reason of the pick up its to save time and i just lost it, and after those 28 minutes one really nice lady helped me to find them and they said to give them a little bit that they were coming, I ended up leaving because my lunch hour its over and now i have to go back later and waist more time. I will under If they were busy , but no other cars were piking up.

Every time I go to this Kroger it's always a bad experience!I can never find what I'm looking for. When I do find the stuff I am looking for, for example the eggs it's ALWAYS an issue, most of the time I don't find any eggs and when I do find them the ones left there are all broken. There's stuff that's expired out on the shelfs, for example the orange juice!Staff here in not really friendly. When asking for help to find out what benefits I have remaining on my WIC card the lady at self check out said she didn't know how to do that and I told her that last time I was there the guy there helped me out and he didn't know how to do that either but he figured it out, then she asked the lady next to her and she said she didn't know either that I needed to go to customer service, they both said it rude! This Kroger is a very small location, and it doesn't even have a gas station which it makes it more inconvenience because how are we supposed to use our fuel points if there is no gas station there.Attached I have pictures and as you can see the date of the picture taken was 1/25/24 and the juice expired on 1/23/24. You really need to keep an eye out when shopping at this location.

This review is for the Kroger Pharmacy. First, I use to work for Kroger Pharmacy for 3 years as a technician, although not for this particular location. I had broken my finger playing flag football and had an xray done that showed a clear break on my ring finger. My doctor gave me a prescription for Lortabs 10-325 mg. Being a pharmacy tech myself, I knew the unspoken policy of having a tech show and ask the pharmacist if they want to fill it because Lortabs 10-325 mg are highly abusable and part of the opiod epidemic. After I given my prescription to the tech, she went directly to the pharmacist. I knew at this point I was already painted as a "druggie", the pharmacist right away said " We don't have any", which is absolutely bullsh*t because 1) I see it behind him on the shelf 2) He didn't even check the system to check the count in inventory. So I guess I should suffer in pain while you get it right? Or "We don't have any" is just a convenient way for them to tell me to go away. I'm 100% sure its the latter. One way to see if someone is a "druggie" or not is to search their pharmacy history and see if there is a trend of only getting painkillers, I clearly have filled with Kroger Pharmacy before and I range from antiobiotics to flu meds and steroids for swollen joints (again, from flag football), but the pharmacist didn't bother to even check my profile. The worse part of this situation, was that this particularly pharmacist was a floating pharmacist and I even worked with him behind the counter before. I'm positive he's got his own agenda of not filling controls when he's working. Its not part of company policy and its not from a nefarious intent, its just that he would be held responsible for these scripts. While that's all fine and dandy, however someone like myself who just broke his finger, NEEDS pain meds. I went to CVS down the road who I never filled with, and they got me some Lortabs just fine. I'm not an abuser, however I was definitely painted as one at this pharmacy. As being a pharmacy tech before, I smelled his bullsh*t from a mile away. He stereotyped me, so I'm going to stereotype him back, no probs.

The restrooms are always disgusting, the cart boy rides out the clock in the handicapped lavatory. So this limits the number of lavatories available for guests, not that you want to use them.
