I didn't have to wait on them to fill my prescriptions, they were ready for me when I got there. Friendly service as well as being informative on the prescriptions given to me.

Emem was clueless and rude. Had to leave my groceries. Hopefully this store will get its act together. Had to move groceries because one cashier said it will take a while. Moved. Then waited for 5 minutes for Emem to show up. I asked how long will this take and she replies once this customer is done, we will be with you. Well this was 2nd time I had to move lanes and because of her lack of clarity, had to leave my groceries there to deescalate the situation

I'm not sure how this store is getting any customers! Ride staff, super expensive prices, so many other options less than 1 mile away, with nothing remarkable or exclusive that you can only find there yet they're still open For business! Just a matter of time before this place goes out of business if they don't get their act together.

It might just be a typical grocery store. Kroger is usually the only grocery brand I go to. The rewards program gravitates my everyday life, including buying gas. I happened to be somewhere in Sugarland and my gas gauge seemed to be really low. I found this location on Highway 6 being closer to me. I followed the directions on Google Maps. And here I am. Parking lot is huge shared with other businesses at this suburban mall called Woodbridge S.C. (what's on the sign. Short for "shopping center"). Gas station "Kroger Fuel" is on the corner of Airport Blvd. Store has a clear marked entrance and exit. So I followed people to enter from the left. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by florist stand and Starbucks. I really like the produce section. It has a longer layout to give extra depth. I felt like I'm in a farmers' market. Unlike other store layouts, it gave me a quick glance at what I need to go in a split second. I would consider this Kroger store being a super store. There were much more to explore. I am happy to see a special Asian food section in frozen food area. Because I was only here for gas and quick grab, I would make a point to visit again.

The dirtiest grocery store I have been in. We literally live across the street from this store and don't shop there anymore; instead we drive 15 minutes each way to a different Kroger. The floors are disgusting, the produce department always has flies and gnats, there is always some mystery spill on the floor, they lock up everything, including the teeth bleach strips. There is usually one-two checker lanes open with long lines, they expect you to use the self-check out lines. How fun is that when you have 150.00 worth of groceries? Lame. The only positive I have to say about this store is their floral department. Being across from the hospital it gets great turn-around and more often than not, the flowers are fresh and bouquets are nice. We only go to this store now if I am in the middle of making a dish and see that I am out of an ingredient and don't have time to go to the further store. I usually send my husband there and every time he gives me the look like, "you are really going to make me run to the nasty Kroger?" For a "Signature" store they have plenty to improve on.

This Kroger pharmacy is the worst. They are chronically understaffed and cannot seem to keep drugs in stock or fill them with any speed. I have used them for years, but recently became so frustrated that I transferred all my prescriptions to CVS. The contrast is amazing. Even while busy, CVS is quick and polite. My wife recently had orthopedic surgery. Her doctor called in her pain meds the day before. After finishing at the hospital, we went directly to the pharmacy to get the medication. It wasn't filled. They wanted us to wait 20 minutes for the pharmacist to finish giving "a shot" and then fill them. The excuse was they are backed up from COVID. Nope. This is a chronic issue and it's getting worse. The gas points aren't worth this terrible customer service.

If you want to get treated like crap this is the place to go, at least that is the case for me. I had a bad experience the first couple of times I came here and decided to give it several other chances and the rudeness seems to prevail. First off I feel the prices at this store are exceptionally higher then the other Krogers I am used to going to, which seems odd. Could it be because it is geared towards the wealthier people of Sugarland? I do not know. Secondly, I asked a lady stocking shelves if she could help me, she clearly had the Kroger name tag on and everything and she seemed so annoyed to have to help me. It's like take pride in your work lady. I came to tell her I couldn't find cupcake liners in baking section and she snapped at me saying, " IF WE DON'T HAVE IT THERE THEN WE DON'T HAVE IT!!" I responded to her, " you do not have to give me attitude." How hard is that to ask for to be nice to someone who asks for help? Don't snap at me jeeez!!! Then I went today and what do you know? I was treated like s*** again. Asked a man there stocking shelves, I couldn't see his Kroger name tags so I figured he could be from another company coming in stocking as well because that happens sometimes in Kroger, anyways I asked him if he worked there and he snapped at me saying "Um yeah????" Why can't you just answer me normally? Jeez. Then I go to self check out and the cashier comes over and counts all the items in my bag. This is so rude, I felt targeted and she was acting like I was going to steal something. Absolutely disgustingly rude! Least I can say is I will NEVER be going back to this store again. No more chances!

0 stars. I always go to HEB. Because HEB was not enforcing mask use and I have health issues I chose to go to Kroger (because online they claimed to be requiring masks). In 10 minutes I saw 3 customers blatantly walking around without masks not even pretending by having it on their chin. Extremely disappointed and I will not be back. Spreading the word that if you care about your health do not go to this Kroger. Their statement about protecting customers is a lie.

Nothing special about this Kroger. The store is relatively clean and well stocked. Prices are higher than Walmart but competitive with HEB. To get any substantial saving, a customer must join the Kroger card club.

Has all essentials. Krogers discount card is a must. Any non food items are pricey compared to a walmart. Started using the pick up service. It was great in the beginning. They would select good produce and meat. Any specific request was followed. Gave good subscriptions when needed . Now... Yikes! Terrible miscommunications. I have to call store to ask the most basic of questions regarding my order. they give you a 5 minute window to approve substitutions if they bother to make a substitution. Most times there are no attempts or a substitution ... 'Scuse moi, What do you mean you have no other options for a gallon of milk?! They choose questionable produce. Had to go in store to buy a "substitution" for basic stuff like bread only to walk in and find multiples of the actual item I originally ordered (ruin whole covid purpose of pick up). I hope they return to the beginning. I am forced to use Wal-Mart (which has similar problems but they are more likely to sub or recheck to see if your item is in there). There is also no consistency with mask wearing or enforcement. It has improved but was insane at the beginning of covid.

This morning I went to purchase some produce for my smoothie and observed the produce employee blow his nose, put the tissue back in his pocket, then finished re stocking and handling the cucumbers. I asked him if he had just blown his nose and not wash his hands afterwards. He said he had to finish unloading the cucumbers. After speaking to him for a few moments he sanitized his hands then took off to the back. I did report this to the manager on duty but with this ongoing pandemic, this behavior will definitely keep it going. Needless to say I decided to get my cucumbers from a different store!

I love coming to this Kroger because all the associates are so nice and always want to help. The registers are always quick and easy and the cashiers are so sweet. Even when you go to self check out the cashier is very helpful when you need help. Also this Kroger is very easy to navigate around!
