The service was so bad I went to get flowers she didn't even do them right ugly color and all the flower didn't even cut them soon as I leave the store they all fall down I have to get in my car and build them myself and cut the stems idk why y'all send someone that don't care at all she did them in 2 minutes and left like nothing worst service ever I came around 5:20 pm September 27 i pay 20$ just to get a bad set up didn't even care to fix them she just did Wtv she could and left

Time and time again a bad experience. They do not rotate their product..... Many expired items on the shelves.Produce is often has gnats flying around produce that is well past it's prime.Items frequently out of stock.Restroom is often closed for long periods of time.There are a few nice employees, but not many. I think I will just start driving to a better Kroger 15 minutes away West U.

A Roach fell out from between bottles of a six pack of Coca Cola when I killed it off the shelf. This use to be a nice store. not anymore!!

For parents of all ages, avoid this location… they have zero customer service. I'm also unsure if there was a pharmacist in charge. The technician left my medication on the counter; when I grabbed my bag, I saw someone approach and did not say a word. Great!Pharmacists in Texas have a duty to counsel patients, especially when dispensing a new medication. I'm glad it's a medication I've previously been prescribed.Parents go to H-E-B or Walmart!

Something is very wrong with this pharmacy. Im currently in the middle of a mental health crisis because they cant order medication properly. I went almost 48 hours without sleep because i am unable to take my medication as prescribed by my doctor because kroger has a terrible ordering system. This pharmacy acts like they are hurting for money, always being short staffed and never keeping any medications on hand. How is this possible when medication prices are through the roof. $400 for a 30 day supply

This Kroger is in my neighborhood and I will drive out of the way from now on to do my shopping elsewhere. Many items on the shelf including meat department had items beyond expiration date. If you shop here, check the date on every item you put into your cart. The floral department has flowers on display/sale that should have been pulled out days ago. The restroom was disgusting...I won't go into details, but it has been neglected for a while, not just a bad day. Went to the courtesy booth to speak to a manager and no one was there, waited 10 minutes, still no one. Get it together Kroger!

This location or we can say all pharmacies are the same. You can have 5 people wait in line and only one person working or no one is helping. Rush hour is the worst if you only have a quick pickup and someone in front of you needs verification of insurance… good luck. Overall, I only had a few slow service here.

I've been a customer here for 15 years and it got better at first and now in past 5 years going downhill. The quality of the groceries and selection are good, but the staffing is horrible. Clerks are all lazy, don't care bottom-of-the-barrel hires. They are rude, slow and don't care about the customer or their job. Can't Kroger pay a bit more with their high prices and get some better staff?

What a disappointment! We have used this Kroger for years and the customer service rep (Lydia) was extremely rude when I approached the customer service area. I'm all about keeping business local, but with this employees attitude, I'll take my business elsewhere.I spoke with the store lead (forgot his name) Hispanic gentleman with a goatee and he said he'd speak with her and had witnessed the situation. He should have offered to help me himself or gotten someone else to assist.

The entire pharmacy order fulfillment process needs to be overhauled. Why do I have to wait in the general pick up line when I already have paid for my prescriptions online? There should be a separate line for online orders. Why are people not asked to go to the consulting line when they have 50 questions to ask? Some of us just want to pick up our orders! I can see the staff running around to help people in line but if there is a line then the staff should not be on the phone helping people who can wait! Maybe the problem is the Kroger upper management who's either kept the pharmacy short staffed or refuse to streamline the process!

If I could give this place a negative start to help impact their rating to be 0 I would. Staff is not helpful or respectful to customers. The only time I have been helped and see the staff working effectively is when the pharmacy manager is on duty Brandon Moody.

Horrible service. The staff are rude and inpatient. . One grabbed my insurance card and walked away before I finished talking to her. They promised 45 minutes waiting time, but did not even started to process my prescription when time is up. I have to wait another 40 minutes.
