Went there today to pick up my dry cleaning. A very expensive piece that i gave them was missing. They made no apologies and blamed me for not counting it. This item was over $100 dollars. Never going there again. Kristi you lost my business forever. Too many dry cleaners in Sugar Land. You shouldn't have to worry and be able to trust them. Nope

Terrible experience. Instead of taking responsibility for destroying one of my dress shirts, the owner told me to basically take a hike… and to read the back of the receipt on “policy”. They hiked prices UP and the greed is real. We Will not be taking our business here any longer. BE AWARE.

Ive been a customer for a couple years until this June . I bought a new pants for my son for a special event out of the country. I took it in to get it steamed a few days before our trip . When I went to pick it up they said they couldn’t find it but I needed the pants for out trip and after going back and forth with them bevsuse they didn’t want to pay for it and gave me excuses , I believe they had yo pay for it which they didn’t, I end up buying another pants of the same kind. They said to check back after the trip , which we did , they found the pants. Now I have 2 of a kind which each pants cost $50. I believe their responsibility was to pay for it . She blamed it in the new girl .

If they tell you minimum cc charge is $10, go get your cash. They say it will be credited on your next bill but when your next bill comes up, whatever was left becomes a disappearing balance. I have been going there for years, they have done this to me 3 times. They have horrid customer service skills.

I brought in a king-sized comforter for dry-cleaning. It cost $40 and it took one week. When I picked it up, I noticed that the woman who brought my comforter to the counter was dragging the end of it on the floor. I didn't think too much about it since it was wrapped in plastic. Overall, she was rather nonchalant and unfriendly. When I got home, I inspected the comforter and found some surface dirt on it. I'm not talking about stains -- it was dirt you could wipe away with your hand. I I'm not sure what they did for $40 but they didn't clean it. Poor quality work and rude customer service. Stay away.
