The listed location is negligent and physically aggressive. The teacher (Gabriela) shoved my niece ( one years old) resulting in her falling, restrained her arms (forcing her to sit), and proceeded with a nonchalant behavior regarding her feelings. Video footage has been provided, management has not displayed concern regarding ensuring that she will not encounter this condescending behavior. This is completely unacceptable.

The Staff is Very Attentive and extremely helpful, I’m a new mom everytime I ask for advice they’re always making me feel comfortable and helping me out as much as they can. From the teachers to administrators they make sure to greet you coming in and out everyday! While also making small connections with you in their own way. I LOVEEE THIS PLACE!!

I was on holiday in Sugar Land for 4 months and enrolled both my daughters at Kids r Kids. It was a great experience. The staff were all helpful, friendly and my kids were happy when I dropped them! It was a safe environment and they almost potty trained my older one! I would enroll them back again if I was back in Sugar Land!

Very happy with the staff and the environment at Kids R Kids, New Territory. I'm so lucky to have found somewhere that my daughter actually looks forward to attending, whether in after school or summer care. The teachers are wonderful and genuinely care about the kids, and the summer program has a ton of activities to look forward to. Overall, would absolutely recommend.

My daughter started her journey from kids r kids from 8 months old. Now she is 7.5 years old. Kids R Kids provides a very safe and nurturing environment. She is going to summer camp here now. She really enjoys the program, field trip. Everyone - site director, assistants, teachers, kids have positive pleasant vibes. She is very happy spending the summer here. We are so much blessed. Thank you, Kids R Kids family!

Really ignorant people. Every time my kids start school I put 20 diapers in their backpack! Every Monday they start school new diapers. So apparently my baby was not fed because they didn't give him food. Why is it that this location doesn't give them baby food? Nor snack? My child would get breakfast lunch snack and snack but this location doesn't provide shit for babies? Don't send your kids here. They could've said "we don't give baby food bring your own" In the kids r kids lakeshore, it was different and they weren't difficult. I don't know why my children's father has to deal with everything they are telling him. It's really stupid. I really dislike this location so much trouble. This location makes u wonder... why y'all have little to no kids in this school..

We love Kids r kids at new territory .my little one is 2 and my older daughter 7 in extended .nice staff caring and very understanding .plus they renovate it the classes are very clean .

I usually don’t give bad reviews, but this experience with Kids ‘R’ kids just shocked me to the core. Most of the staff were extremely rude and bullied the kids. You can most definitely find a better place with the same price.

My son has been going to KRK - New Territory since he was about 3 months old. Seeing him practically run into his class every day with a huge smile on his face brings me so much peace! He has hit all of his milestones early on and with ease, and stays very stimulated throughout the day. Every teacher and director we have encountered has been a joy to work with. There is definitely a second-family feel here, and I could not recommend this location more. The rooms have been recently renovated, the location remains clean and tidy, and the instructors/directors are wonderful!

We’ve been a NT Kids R Kids family since 2014. The staff back then were top notch, from the front desk ladies Ms. Hira & Ms. Bee, to each teacher & the bus driver.We’ve been through the ups & downs, different owners & different managers.During the downs what kept us going was:- Teachers like: Ms. Leticia, Ms. Aklima, & Ms. Nadia, Ms. Jasmin was a great addition to the team.- Being able to see our kids through the cameras.- And even though it took them a while to listen and actually do positive changes, but it was done & we recently saw some positive improvements during 2022.I hope that they’d keep improving the meals they serve to become healthier, and kudos on the great assistant teachers in class 400, I was impressed with their techniques in keeping the kids engaged, doing puzzles, adding numbers, playing together etc.

My family has been a part of the KRK New Territory Learning Center since 2015. This place is awesome! When my son entered Kindergarten he was more than prepared and I thank KRK for their contributions to his academic success. From the infant room to the pre-K classrooms your children will be loved, well taken care of, and learn lots of new things each week!
